Anyway if you have booking 24 hours more from now, it will take from 30 minutes to 24 hours to appear in the hotel.

Customer Service Worked Hard to Resolve the Issue
1-24-24 Review change
The customer service (email correspondence)was really pleasant and apologized sincerely regarding this incident. I was assured (evidence was shown) that my full refund would be sent (3-10 business days based on their financial partner) . I waited and checked daily. Finally, I got my full refund on the 10th day.
Will I try this business again? YES I can give them one more chance if the price is good again( I was given a promo discount coupon too). At least now, I am certain that they are a legitimate small business NOT a SCAMMER.
1-10-24 - Issue with Booking
No Confirmation EMAIL from my paid Las Vegas booking. Emailed the support line-- no reply via email--- replied here at Trust Pilot comment.
UPDATE:
I just received an email from the support line (almost 24 hours after my transaction)and I will apparently just get a full refund-- will wait.

Do not wait for refund, call bank immediately
Today I just used their service, I've been waiting 2 hours for a confirmation email for the hotel I paid for. I've tried calling and just get beeps. I want to trust but so many scams out here. I called the hotel and they have no reservations for Me. If someone reached out to me, or send my confirmation email I will change my review.
Let me also add this, I sent email and no reply. Also seen the address don't check out in NY. So I made a complaint with the BBB. I will be contacting my bank in the in the morning to dispute the charge. You are definitely a scam. There is multiple people all saying the same thing in 1 day and your reply is the same. No other booking company makes you wait 24 hours before you get a confirmation. We are all hard working people and trying to go different places, we want better deals so this is how you got all of us, being the cheapest. So we went for it. Scamers suck!

I still have not received my refund, so my bank fraud department is now working to give me a refund. I have also contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and local news. I keep getting generic emails about how they are sorry and my refund is coming soon. Nope not waiting anymore, my trip is today and I had to book another hotel I'm now out 600 bucks because of this scam.

No more Feedback via E-Mail.
My CC now got blocked because multi-purpose abuse in the US was registered on my CC.
This is a major scam and i will report this to authorities.
