Cheap Hotels Hub 

48 hours has passed and NO confirmation from Cheaphotelshub.com. Their response states they responded to my emails but they have NOT. This is a scam!
Along with others who booked thru Cheap Hotels Hub on Jan 10th my credit card was immediately charged but no confirmation was received. I sent 2 emails to support@cheaphotelshub,com with no response. Their phone was not busy, it was out of service. Waiting 24 hours then reporting this scam to my bank.

I booked a room at cheaphotelshub.com and payed but I haven’t receive any mail with the confirmation. I also called to the hotel in Switzerland and they told me there’s no reservation. I tried to call and the phone doesn’t exist and try to WhatsApp but they don’t answer, at last sent an email but there’s no answer.
I can update and change the review when I get the confirmation of my room.

Saw that they had rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor/Alexandria Area for the weekend of Magfest, from Jan 17th - 21st, for a normal price and not the inflated range that Expedia gave because the hotels in the area are all booked out. Jumped on it, I got a confirmation number, but I called the hotel and they said they don't see it.

Hoping this isn't a scam, I do have another reservation with Expedia that I can cancel by 1/14, but if I call the hotel again tomorrow and they still don't see THIS one, I'm going to be doing a charge back on my card claiming fraud. It definitely felt too good to be true.

I made a reservation on 01/10/24 for 02/09/24-02/11/24 and my reservation ID is TfsRVnzJ5vmtKA9K×Yitt. I called the hotel & they have no record of my reservation. When will it be processed? There was confirmation email from the hotel or anything. Can my money just be refunded to my card please?

Edit#1- I reached to their support team and was told it was an error that my reservation was rejected and I will be receiving a refund. Kinda wished it would’ve went through.

Edit#2 - I received my refund from the company 15 days after I booked so those who didn’t get confirmation may get your money back.

THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD! WEIRD GOOGLE HAS NOT De-LISTED from their list. I booked a hotel (and it was not much cheaper just by 10-20% compared to others) and received a weird confirmation code. Called the hotel after 24 hrs, and as others said, nothing.. STAY AWAY. No response on phone (it's not even valid), what's app, etc

Booked the novotel in Ipswich for work after 8 plus hours of driving. I booked this on Wednesday the 10th. I arrived today at the hotel to find it CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. They've taken my money for a hotel that isn't even open. This is not acceptable and I Need a refund. Absolute joke.

I booked the Aria hotel yesterday and its already been more than 24 hours. Still no reservation in the hotel and no one ever heard of that company too.

The money went to Crypster LLC in the US.

When contacting them via IG/WA they answered my wife within minutes but not me because I directly wrote about issues.

The "CEO" answered on my e-mail and offered me an coupon code for my next booking. Pretty smart for a scamer.

Damn why was I booking when not a single negative comment was here yesterday.

Booked my hotel 24 hours ago and still no confirmation even though money has been taken off my card. I can’t get hold of them to confirm my reservation

I just called to the hotel in Aspen, Colorado I booked from their website yesterday and they told me there is no my record and they didn’t receive anything from this website and it's actually full on those days. My Reservation ID is: SSs3IgHKSxci0Z1WTX1_A to the one who keeps responding to anyone here. I’ve tried to contact them by phone and the number is not working and seems fake. WhatsApp is not responding at all even though they claim they would immediately respond in 5 mins. I felt extremely frustrated. And I thought it was definitely a scam and wanted to warn anyone even if it showed on Google hotel search.

I booked Caesars Palace on 1/10/24 at 4:01 pm Eastern time. My credit card was immediately charged and it has been processed and CheapBookingHub has gotten my money. (I know because I called this morning to try and cancel the charge). I called Caesars and they have no record of a booking for me on February 8-10 . I never got ANY confirmation emails at all. Of course could not get through on telephone and no response to emails. I will definitely update this review once I can confirm with Caesars that there is a reservation present. Why is someone responding to these reviews and not to the emails that get sent directly to the company?

Update: I initially got an email saying that they found my booking, but give them until Monday 1/15/24 to get it completed. Today, 1/13/24, they contacted me to say that they will be issuing me a refund. The problem is that I was booking for Superbowl weekend, and the affordable rates that I was finding last week on other sites have all disappeared. Do not, I repeat, do not take a chance on Cheaphotelshub.com. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until Monday, but ended up getting burned.

SCAM…I disputed my charges and cancelled my credit card. Never received email confirmation after booking and contact number listed for business is invalid.

Update: Love how you can reply to all these complaints but can’t send a confirmation email or get your phones to work or live chat. My payment was disputed and card cancelled so you scammers no longer have my information.

Complete scam!! Clever how they've hijacked Google. Booked through Google search of hotels in the area, my credit card was charged immediately, I did receive a confirmation email. I contacted the hotel several times yesterday, and today and there is no record of my booking, they've never heard of this company, and said the confirmation # was completely made-up and invalid. No phone numbers, chats, or addresses are valid.

No record? WOW! How about the $592 charged to my credit card under CRYPSTER, LLC for this booking for the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert in Indianapolis?? Rates were advertised as $221 per night compared to the $1400 per night rate for every single hotel in that area.

Hello, this page does not make contact, it does not send a confirmation email, the support email does not exist and the WhatsApp account does not respond, possible scam, there is no way I can communicate with them.

I made a reservation online through this service. I was on the original hotels website but when it was time to book this popped up to book the room. I booked yesterday, still no confirmation, my money is took off my card. I will be disputing there’s no way for us to cancel the hotel or anything! I shouldn’t be waiting for a fkn confirmation that you took my money for in exchange we aren’t even guaranteed a hotel room! I need a cancellation and my money sent back! No the money won’t be processed bc the hotels have no room available for the dates anymore! Send my money back!

UPDATE: This is completely A SCAM!!!! It’s been two days no money refunded, the hotels are already booked, somehow they’ve hijacked google because all of us were going different cities and places. They won’t send our money, dispute it with your bank ASAP DONT WAIT!

Total scam of a company. I booked my hotel . Rang the hotel for confirmation. It has been more than 24 hours yet the hotel says there is no confirmation. SHAME ON YOU SCAMMING PEOPLE WHERE IF THEY HAD NO BACKUP THEY WOULD HAVE NOWHERE TO STAY!

Received a poor email confirmation without any specific details - also mine showing a 1 day date earlier than I booked - Site says 24/7 support but no reply to my change inquiry. Legal notice on the website says "terms, including reservation deposits and cancellation policies, are specified at the time of booking and are subject to the hotel's policies." but no info at all nor at booking process nor in confirmation. Besides that there is no descirption of the room features such as info on bedding type while booking. Still waiting confirmation from the hotel if this is a valid booking but I can already say now overall very poor experience - thrown away my money.

I got the hotels confirmation the there was no reservation at all and found out that the "booked" room type was not available for our party size. On Jan.12 I received a mail from the support asking me to remove my negative comment against my booking adustment. I asked to refund me and never heard of them again. Stay away and don't wait 24 hrs to block the credit card payment.

After my last update on Jan.13 I received a mail stating that the booking has been "rejected" and I would receive a refund within 3-5 days. 9 days have passed now - no refund in sight.....

I booked and paid! No emails or order management. The hotel said they didn’t receive any reservation and actually no room left. Give back my money!!!

Booked through this site. Hotel has no confirmation or knowledge about the reservation. Company phone number is not in service, their mailing address is a UPS location in New York and they don’t respond on their on their “live” chat. Seems like a scam.
