They also have fantastic range of crockery so that when a crack or chip happens, there's always a replacement available. Made an order on Friday. It was hand-delivered on Sunday. Communications were excellent. Pricing much better than any other retailer.

This was my second purchase from China presentation I bought Two complete dinner and teasers years ago but had not been able to find replacements At China presentations I first ordered 6 salad plates and was so pleased I ordered 6 teacups (if I’d know they came in boxes of four I’d have ordered 8 cups The Delivery time was great but the packaging was outstanding I don’t think it’s possible to complain about this wonderful small business

Sent me 2nd quality plates scratched and brown mottled all over I had to pay return postage which is not legal when an item is faulty. Never will buy from here again. Order number 100068824

I bought a fair sized order of plates, mugs and bowls from China Presentations, they were dispatched promptly and well packaged, part of my order was missing which they resolved very quickly. I also had to exchange a few items which again was no bother, the company were professional and easy to buy from.

I have bought a Christmas present and it arrived faulty when I returned the item, they made silly excuses to not refund my money! Still waiting for my refunded money or the replaced item or credit note!
Very Unhappy as a returned customer who ordered lots of crystals etc from them, honestly I did not expect this treatment when I face a problem with their delivery!!

I purchased three Spode glass jugs from this company and used them at a family gathering over the festive period. They were filled with water for use as water jugs at the dining table. Two of the three jugs developed cracks from the bottom of the handle join down towards the base of the jug as they could not cope with the weight of the contents when being poured. None the jugs were overfilled, with the maximum contents taking the water line to approximately half way between the bottom and top of the handle.

I contacted China Presentations to alert them to this issue as I considered there must be a batch defect. They acknowledged my concerns and contacted the manufacturer Spode the same day and within hours I had been issued with a full refund.

Obviously I wish that I had received products that were fit for purpose in the first instance, but I was very impressed by the speed with which their customer service representative attended to my report of the problem.

Ordered crockery at 1600 and it arrived next day at 1000. And I didn't even ask for express delivery. Excellent communication, tracking, packaging and price. An outstanding online shopping experience - if all online retailers were like this then the shopping world would be a better place. Outstanding.

I ordered some crockery. The goods were exactly as ordered and they had been packaged well with no damages. Pricing was very competitive. A very satisfactory experience. I will definitely buy from them again.
