Ordered beginning of June

Ordered beginning of June, they have answered emails with excuse after excuse, still no sandals, they actually offered me a voucher code for 40% off anything else i would like to order as an apology for delay, no way am i giving them anymore money, beware everyone

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, no sandals received, waited 6 weeks and today I received a small grey plastic bag posted in Malaysia with nothing in it. I am guessing that way they can say they posted an item to me even if it was an empty plastic bag.
I’ve reported it to PayPal but unlikely that I’ll get my money back. Total disgrace as ordered through Facebook.

Stay Clear

Scam

Scam. No shoes. No refund. Ordered June 1st and nothing as of yet. Sent many emails, just getting the run around. Terrible customer service. No longer seeing their ads on FB.

Avoid!

Over 60+ emails sent, 66 days since placing my order, and still no sandals. Their emails are full of lie after lie. Three different dispatch and shipping details, utterly ridiculous.

I'll never shop there again!

Ordered a month ago, got one email stating they were busy with the demand, another recently saying it had been shipped. HATE these places on the web who do not admit up front the order is coming from China & will take over a month to arrive. I would never have ordered had I known.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER. I thought I was getting good quality clothing and couldn't wait to get my order of three items.
The material quality was the worst I've ever seen, the craftsman ship was unacceptable and embarrassing. The three pieces I purchased where nothing like the pictures. Two of them were not even close. I didn't even bother trying them on. Not only to find out I couldn't get a full refund. I felt the items were so poor, I didn't want them in my house so partial payment back was accepted (but not happily). After finally receiving a shady address in LA to send the items, they were never received. Therefore, no refund at all. And this was after trying to fight it with my bank. I was out money, and clothing both.
It's not worth the hassle you will incur from this retailer. Quality is worse than poor, customer service the worst I've experience and I buy a lot online. WARNING!

Worst online experience ever

Worst online experience ever. Buyers BEWARE!!! They shipped me the wrong products and then insisted I pay for the return shipping to resolve the matter. The shipping costs far exceed the cost of the items so I was left with no resolution. The items I received are very poor quality. Don’t waste your money this is definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

my succession for buyer before purchase from this website. if you don't have the fraud alert to your phone, make sure you call your credit company an hour later after make purchase to make sure there aren't any unauthorized transaction

i swear this is the WORST experience online shopping ever for me and i shop online regular basic.

1. after making purchase about half an hour later my credit card
company text me with 6 more transaction that i not authorize to
some website that i never even heard of (which i think this company
tried to do a fraud on customers credit card) which i got lucky to be
able to stop it with text message fraud alert.
2. a few hours later i received an email saying that the need me to
transfer from my bank account (which is the most unsafe way to
pay for online order) and here's the email i received from them

"Hello,
Due to the amount of your order we will need to do a bank transfer to avoid a non authorized transaction claim once the items have been delivered and to avoid a fraudulent purchase against the company. We can provide further information if you wish to continue with the order or cancel if you do not wish to proceed.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

i call them right away 3 different time and got no answer, so i waited til the next day. when i called them they told me bank transfer was the only way that i can verify my account. (which i think is BS.) you don't need bank transfer to verify information. i feel like they just trying to steal my info or doing some fraud act, so i argued with the representative about not needing my bank info to verify my purchase i already called in and authorized the transaction. she was very rude and keep repeating that i either provide my bank info or they will just go ahead and cancel my order. which i told her to go ahead and cancel because i can't take risk of having them knowing anymore of my information.

my mistake was that i didn't read review of this website before made my purchase or else i would never wasting my time looking at this website

I started reading the reviews and its funny how the first one that i read was concerning presenting ID. That is my situation. The email stated that my billing address is different from my shipping address and that's not correct at all. They are both the same and has been going on 4yrs now. I went back and forth with the operator who is EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEEDS TELEPHONE ETHIC. I explained to her that I NEVER had to do this and my shipping and billing is the same. I also, told her that i authorized the purchase and i was still trying to figure out why would you ever need me to verify my identity? I have bought purchases over $200 before and never had this problem. She proceeded to tell me that she was not going to argue with me and that she was cancelling the order. I stated i would never do business with you all again. She said ma'am we don't need your business. Good!! They will not get it again. i am registering this complaint with the Los Angeles BBB.

had seen a previous review were they said they put a style aside for her so i called hoping they could do the same for me but it was one style and all the sizes (i need them for a show) and they were really nice about it and even went ahead and took the style of the website. Also asked if they can send them without the shoe box since we will be keeping them in our studio and don't need the boxes and they gladly did it. We received the shoes on time and they all came inside a pink baggie with red tissue and well package.. cute!

Zero stars

Would give zero stars but not an option. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Funds taken from my bank account. Still have not recieved items. When calling customer service they demanded I email them a copy of my I'd if I was not willing to do so they suggested I go to my bank and tell them i did not authorize the transaction in order to receive my funds back. Would never order from this company unless you want your identity stolen and have to needlessly deal with your bank. Customer service rude as well.

1. Amanda Hart placed her order on 1/24/2019 which was NOT two weeks ago it was last Thursday.
2. This customer was sent an email on Fri, Jan 25, 10:51 AM (3 days ago)
3. The email inquired about providing an ID to verify that she is the customer since her billing showed VT and the shipping was to NH,
4. It is legal to ask for an ID for security purposes which this Info. is provide under "Shipping Policy - Different billing and shipping address"
5. Customer replied "Yes, please proceed with the order." but no attachment was show in her reply which we notified the customer and replied back to her email.
6. Customer contacted us shortly stating she did not want to provide an ID but that she verified the purchase, which we respected her decision and stated we would have to cancel the order and issue a refund as we could not risk a chargeback against the company.
7. Customer stated in the call she received over a dozen emails, only two were sent: one for Verification and a response to her email.
8. Customer also stated she has placed orders with us before but this is her first order.
9.No one demanded her to provide an ID, we do not demand ANYONE to provide information if they do not wish to do so, we simply cancel the order immediately and close the account.
10. Customer proceeded to be rude and to avoid further problems we continued on with the cancellation.
11. This customer was issued a refund minutes after: Transaction ID: 61527234443
*This customer was explained why we ask for an ID, When a customers billing and shipping is different states we require an ID to make sure it's not fraudulent (if a card is stolen the items are usually sent to a different state), the only information we need to verify is the address and anything else can be covered when providing an ID. Without that ID this customer is allowed to contact her bank after receiving her items and state she did not authorize her transaction and the bank will immediately take the funds out of our account and she is allowed to keep the items. With the ID we can provide that to the bank as proof of authorization once they contact us in regards to the transaction. All information was provided to the customer and explained in details as well, at the end of the call the customer stated she would contact her bank and notified them that the charge was fraudulent and she did not authorize it which is exactly why we ask for an Identification and if it is not provided we do the cancellation to avoid further problems*
All emails are saved and so is the phone call which can and will provide to defend our company, not only did this customer lie in her review but provided false information which is not accepted
