If I was able to give zero stars I would. On 5th June I ordered sandals costing USD23.99 which have never been received. They did send a tracking number on 5th July but when I entered it was told invalid tracking number or item not received. When I contacted them I was told that they were too busy to send them, so why give a fake tracking number. I've contacted PayPal but have had no joy there either. They just re-sent the fake tracking number. I've sent so many files to PayPal and just keep getting a computer generated reply. Don't order from Cici threads, you will lose your money.

Ordered sandals in June from here. An empty package arrived yesterday that wasn’t even big enough to fit sandals in.
Customer service is absolutely rubbish - first they claimed they had sent package and sent a tracking number which is the empty packet that arrived. Now they say they are shipping direct from China! Absolutely shocking and true scammers!

I ordered two pairs of sandals in June and paid for them. Still waiting they contacted me to start with but now nothing and no sign of the sandals or my money back. Do not order from them.

I would give no star but can't. Do not order from them. You don't get anything luckily I paid by PayPal and I got the refund from them. I also just received a heart shaped charm. They are scammers.

No Stars! I also feel a fool for not reviewing this company before ordering. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on 4th June. Had an email 5th July which said items on the way. All I received was an envelope ( from Malaysia) which was empty. Still waiting for goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I just received a few days ago and empty shipping label the size of a tissue that couldn't possibly contain 2 pairs of sandles... I've waiting 3 months for this????? They are just criminals taking our money and not giving us what we paid for. Do Not buy from them

Ordered two pair of shoes months ago, never received. The only e-mails I get from them are automated.

SCAM. Ordered a pair of sandels over a month ago, been tracking it,
package finally came with this teeny tiny star charm inside a small envelope. Do not order from these people. i actually contacted my bank, and they have already refunded me the money. So report to your bank and see if you can open a claim for this scam.

Absolutely awful . Do not shop with this company. After months of waiting for my sandals l received an empty package from them. I have constantly requested a refund but never hear back from them. Please warn customers about this company!! They should be stopped from advertising .

I ordered my sandals in May and like everyone else had all the same run around e mails. I confronted them and got the non working tracking number. When I contacted about this they said it hadn't been shipped. I then saw these reviews. I sent an e mail to say I know it's a scam and will be taking it further. Suddenly I'm off their mailing list and e mails blocked. This is quite a well set up scam they even send customer service questionnaires so you think them genuine. Stay away from them

I should have read the reviews before ordering my shoes. I ordered shoes on June 13th, I am still waiting! I am looking for a phone number so I can call, I want my money back! They keep emailing me that due to high interest in the shoes I ordered it's taking longer then usual. I am so upset!

Please do not order from CiCi threads.....they are scammers.
Ordered a pair of sandals on 10 June was still waiting for tracking details 3 weeks later. Opened a dispute with PayPal and they sent tracking details through on the 8th July. Received this morning a sealed empty posting bag with no sandals. Received credit from pay pal.

I ordered a pair of sandals in early June. Never received them. Ad was on facebook. This is a scam company. Do not order from them!

No stars. This is a scam .Don’t send any money .When I challenged them about non existent tracking number I received a plastic bag with a tiny charm in it .They are doing this to get valid tracking numbers.Be very aware .

SCAM!! Ordered beginning of June, still no sandals. Did receive a tiny heart "thing" from Malaysia but nothing else. Same story as others....big demand etc etc 5-7 working days etc etc. Receive very cheery emails from "Miranda" and even ones asking for feedback 😡

DO NOT order from Cici Threads. Ordered two pairs of sandals on June 8th. They had not been shipped by June 30th, so attempted to cancel the order. Almost immediately was given a tracking number for the shipment. Yesterday received a small, grey, plastic envelope containing a tiny silver heart. Almost missed the heart because it is so small. The tracking number for the package is the same as the one given for the sandals order. Now the company can say I received the merchandise ordered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Only time will tell if my money is returned.

Update 8/13:
Received email asking for photo and envelope including tracking number of what was received. Got a response from them on Aug. 2 saying they will let the appropriate department know. Responded saying that I considered the order cancelled per earlier emails and wanted a full refund immediately. They responded that they would request a new shipment and requested verification of mailing address. I immediately responded that I was not verifying address, that I consider the order cancelled, to not send the sandals, and to give an immediate refund. Today, Aug. 13, I received an email saying my request for a refund has been denied because the reshipment is in progress. I responded that I have no tracking number, do not want the sandals, have cancelled the order repeatedly and will now leave the matter in the hands of my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Update 8/29/19
Received a full credit from my bank. No additional information was provided other than they had resolved my dispute. I never heard a word from the company after the Aug. 13th email. In my opinion, this is a sham company, doesn’t actually have products to sell, and will take your money unless you are willing to go to the work necessary to get a refund. I’m glad my bank was able to resolve the matter. I have definitely learned to read reviews on a company before ordering from them!

sandals ordered June 26, all i'm getting is excuses as to why they haven't shipped yet. Avoid this company
