WOULD GIVE THEM -5 stars if I could!!! I too am VERY SORRY I " ORDERED FROM THEM. I ordered "sandals" at the beginning of "summer" to wear in the "summer" and its been 10 weeks. I am sending emails and the BS me. They say that its reached its "final destination"...in LAOS!!!!!..last time I looked..I live in the US!!

If anybody knows how to get money back..please let me know!!

I ordered 2 pair shoes 2 month ago and paid through PayPal.
Is there any way I can get my money back?
I send them several emails and got ignored.

They don’t even rate 1 star but had to press it so I can let people know I got an empty package have emailed only got 1 reply to show me how to tracked the order as if I didn’t know this and then asked was the email helpful. like everyone I’ve been conned too .so if you’re thinking of buying anything from CiCi threads don’t you only lose money .

Oh my wish I read these reviews too I bought a pair of boots got an email to say I hadn’t completed the sale thought I had silly me so did again through PayPal then saw bank account they had taken money x2 so emailed and explained this and said I wish to return anyway 2 days later another pair of boots turned up which I now have 2 pairs of useless boots I have sent another email they said I can return both pairs but I will have to pay postage but I didn’t want another pair !! So I have to pay postage on both !! They are vary polite in emails I don’t want bloody politeness I want my MONEY BACK!!! and why do I send them to China instead of Southall something needs to be done about these scam artists!

I didn't want to press even 1 star they are a bunch of rogues and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this told me I couldn't get a refund as my sandals were in transit but I take it I have lost this money well I am going to find out how I can stop these scams

How do you get your money back from this company. ? I'm sick of emailing them.

I ordered sandals in June , I also received tracking number but when package arrived was a tiny star , and now not receiving any correspondence. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... I have reported them to Facebook & Federal Trade commission. Lesson learned

It is a scam. I was sent an A5 size empty package with the order and tracking number on. On checking other, including US reviews on BBB, this is a common problem, at least I only lost time and £23. 10 weeks later and 13 emails, standard paragraph emails returned. Sent a complaint form to the Attourney General of California. It is William Pelham Barr. Google their consumer complaints department. CiCi Hot/Threads and other versions of CiCi are part of CiCi Hot. 10155 Rush St, South El Monte, CA 91733, USA

Took my money said sandals were on the way now ten weeks later still not arrived this should be STOPPED BY FACEBOOK I am 72 years old and money is hard to find these people are disgusting FACEBOOK PLEASE STOP THEM AND GET OUR MONEY BACK

A scam as others have said. Why do Facebook allow it? Like everyone else I haven’t received my sandals and don’t expect to now. I notice their web page is no longer active so presume they’ve taken our money and are now living the high life. Maybe we should claim a refund from Facebook for allowing them to advertise?

Don’t order anything still waiting for sandals ordered in may email many times not getting anywhere don’t except to get them or a refund

I ordered two pairs of sandals on June 1st. Never received them, emails have stopped no response to mine. Asked for a refund no answer. Taught me a lesson.

I ordered some shoes on 3rd June am still waiting and from what I understand from other reviews I probably won’t receive them
The advert was on Facebook I can’t understand how they get away with advertising on here.
I received an empty package which I now understand was from them.
I’m very angry at getting taken in like this I’m usually so carefully but I suppose it’s £29. I will not see again

Have to agree with other reviews, sandals ordered 19th June and nothing but patronising emails, no direct answers to requests for a refund. Contacted my bank and got a refund from them.
Total disgrace. I saw them on Instagram, so why has this so called company been allowed to advertise and scam us all.
Lesson learned, will never ever buy from Instagram adverts or from USA ever again.
Definately zero star rating.

I agree with Debbie Findlay - ordered sandals in June. Got an empty satchel envelope with tracking no. they quoted. Looks like a scam to me - claiming my money back now !!!

I ordered sandals 9 weeks ago, today received empty envelope in the post. Already received refund from bank due to non-arrival of sandals. Clearly a scam, amazed they get away with it.

Terrible company, I have ordered sandals 3 months ago and only received empty envelope!! Is this a joke?!?!?

Iordered sandals 12 weeks ago still hav not received them , emailed and complained , was told due to huge demand they were waiting for more to come in , asked for refund still waiting for that and don't think I ll get it .

TERRIBLE company. I would give them negative stars if I had that option. They take you payment and do not ship your order. When emailing them about your order they don't respond in a timely fashion and give you a non-answer. I ordered shoe several weeks ago, they took my money. I have no shoes and was told they have no way to know when the shoes will be order/cannot track status. I will NEVER attempt to buy from the again.

As per other reviews. Ordered sandals and have still not received anything. They are now ignoring my emails too.
