Staff didn’t have a clue
Told my car would be charged and serviced, it seems neither was done as they can’t produce paperwork for the service. I had to find a local garage to charge my vehicle at extra cost.
Spoke to customer services who assured me they were sorting it - over 2 weeks ago, emailed again….nothing.
Get it over the 14 days guarantee, they clearly don’t care.
Horrendous customer services.
The staff need a rocket, didn’t have a clue what day of the week it was, who is the manager in that place…seems to be sideshow bob from the Simpson.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this particular branch.

Excellent customer service
From querying to booking an appointment to test driving and eventually driving away the customer service was exceptional.
I visited with my mum to look at and test drive a car after she had had diabolical service at another dealership (not cinch) all staff were approachable and friendly and so helpful.
