Total scam - it has never worked since we had it.

I really wish I had seen this page before purchasing.
Agree with everything that has been said on this page.
Absolute scammers.
The same SD formating problem.
They made me jump through many hoops and ultimately just stopped replying to my emails.
Promised a replacement which never arrived.
I'm.rather annoyed as I have been waiting nearly a year to resolve this.

Very unhappy with dashcamplus. I bought a dashcam for my son for Christmas sometime in November but cannot remember the exact date. It did not work from the start. After numerous emails and no response I eventually gave up! No offer of a refund or replacement.

I have just discovered this camera has never recorded anything or taken any photos. Also the rear camera doesn't turn on anymore. Their e-mail address rejects my e-mails and they don't answer the phone. Looks like I've been scammed the same as everyone else. I'll go to Halfords for my next one then I can take it back to the store if it develops a fault.

I also purchased a DashCam from this Company. It is faulty and I have been emailing the Company and had some response. They are no longer trading. I cannot do chargeback as I bought it in October for a Christmas gift and more than 120 days has passed. Surely something could be done as there are lots of complaints. I have tried Citizens Advice and Trading Standards but no luck. Any advice please

Bought as a Christmas present.
Firstly the instruction sheet provided is incomplete, and does not explain in any way how most of the functions operate.
There is no explanation as to how you set the camera to record continuously (overwriting previous unwanted recording).
You have to reformat the SD card every time it is full, clearly impossible whilst driving.
The camera does not initiate "USB mode" when plugged into a computer - so no obvious way of downloading any video anyway - so this camera really serves no purpose.
Whilst I received a reply to one email - regarding how to connect the rear camera. Subsequent enquiries have not be replied to.
This camera is rubbish. DO NOT BUY.

Bought Dashcam for my husband for Christmas. Same problems as everyone else on here. Put in a claim to Paypal and was refunded within 48 hrs. A rather stressful experience, but good result.

One star is too many for this scam website which has now closed down and I cannot contact them to say their webcams are absolute rubbish. I am going to try and report them so it can be investigated properly and maybe try claiming my money back from my bank.

Edit: They have since contacted me but their website is still down and being dodgy. They have asked me to return the cams which I have, but so far no word back. Fingers crossed.

The dash cam is rubbish, I get the ‘corrupt file’ message, same as lots or other people. I was stupid enough to buy two. All my emails to them bounce back so am having to go through credit card company to fight for a refund.

Bought as a gift for Christmas and my son says it’s the same fault everyone is experiencing. When I email I get a bounce back saying email address not found. Now realise I’ve been scammed. Avoid at all costs. Will try and get money back via credit card.

Dash cam footage not available as 'corrupt files'. Unfortunately same problems as all the below, wish I'd looked this all up before paying £89 to them.. luckily paid on AMex so hopefully they will deal with them.

Not worth one star brought 2 both are corrupted cant watch footage email not found when try reply. Dispute with bank to get money back.

Did not receive the rear camera, tried emailing all I get is returned emails via mailer daemon address unknown.

camera arrived, but internal battery does not work, & screen has multiple lines across. the website has now vanished. waiting for paypal to refund.

1 star because package did arrive. and the camera parts do work as CAMERAS but do not record.
It was difficult to set up as teh instructions are pathetic. Poor for the main camera, set up of he rear camera was not even mentioned.
My next move was to look at the website to find it has been taken down and "Under Construction".
After having charged the camera tried it out to see if it recorded. Of the video segments I have recorded 90% were corrupt. I did reformat the card and also try another newly formatted. card (Yes both formatted as FAT32). The unsuccessful recording continued.
TI did try emailing them and using their web form - the only thing left working on the page. I did eventually get some hints on what to do with the red wire on the rear cam. But that is now pointless. The camera system doesn't work properly. The missing website content includes their address so I don't even know where to try sending it back

I had the same issue as everyone else. For now the bank have refunded me pending an investigation. I have returned the dodgy equipment and they signed for it. Now we wait and see. Awful company ....save your money !!

Once the product arrives back to us, it will be inspected by our returns department and if you meet the above conditions you will be issued a full refund otherwise someone will get back to you via Email if there are any issues with your return.

I had this product bought for me as a christmas gift, installation really easy then cam to use the product, and yes i got the dreaded corrupt file, so i took it out and after reading the reviews on here decided to put it back in the box and treated myself to the Garmin which is really impressive but of coarse a lot more expensive. Anyway not to be defeated, i thought well the only thing this dashcam records too is the SD Card which to me looked very cheap and basic, i had a spare SD Card (scan disk) i decided to swap the cards over and this product works like a dream for now, i have wired this into my wifes car now, fingers crossed it does the job i want it to do. You never know it worked for me it might work for you ???

Do not use !! Bought a dash cam - arrived faulty. Have tried contacting but emails bounce back saying not founded and now their website is under construction! I have reported to trading standards.
