Bought a dashcam from these shysters, it stopped working within a few weeks. Emailed them, they asked for a video ( which as it isn’t working shows nothing)

I made the mistake of believing the reviews published on the company's website. It is obvious they are all false/made up; the instructions that come with the dashcam are impossible to follow. Three emails to the company elicited no response. There is no phone number for them. The dashcam I was sent was clearly faulty, it cut out after 30 seconds every time. I returned it with a letter asking for a refund - not received, of course. I am pursuing this with the credit card company and intend to take them to the small claims court if no success. This company should be blacklisted by all credit card companies and trading standards should be prosecuting them, in my opinion.

I became suspicious when after receiving my dash cam the instructions were virtually non existent and very badly written (obviously written by foreigners). I initially bought it on the strength of the reviews on the website, comprehensive instructions were mentioned so I’ve contacted dash cam+ TWICE now and had no response. The site states 24/7 customer service ( non existence customer service is the reality). My camera comes on but I can’t set anything on it? The mode button doesn’t give me any options to set date time etc, in fact non of the buttons do anything! Reading the reviews I became convinced they are one of those numerous dodgy companies who only publish good reviews, if they are genuine, I very much have my doubts about that too. Basically it’s £50 down the drain. Once I’ve come to TrustPilot my suspicions have been confirmed. Don’t waste your money, get a known brand such as Nextbase. This is a scamming company, although I received the goods, it is useless. Took me an hour to neatly hide all the cable as well 😡

Do not buy from this company, dashcam was useless when sent to me and after numerous attempts to contact them I still have had no replies, don't believe the reviews on their site, I wrote a review but it never appeared, I wonder why! save your money and buy a camera that works that is not made in China and a piece of junk.

Be careful. Ordered dash cam, received product, item faulty. Memory cards get stuck and trapped inside slot. No listed company phone number. No answer to emails when requesting to return item. Very suspicious indeed.
