Arrived and not working unable to contact company by email or other means.... Scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It looks like I have joined a large queue, I was bought this camera for xmas and installed it in early January, basically I have the same problem as everyone else. 4 texts 5 telephone calls 3 email no response.I have to "format card" every 2 hours or so. I might try Ilford Trading Standards

Not worth 1 star I paid for dashcam and it didn't arrive I've tried to contact them on numerous occasions but no response these are scammers e aware

I bought a dashcam from this company last week and found the instructions were vague, and there were no instructions to fit the rear camera. I have emailed them three times to request a return address and they have not replied. I rang their number, 07862 805609 but their recorded message said they were unable to answer at the moment, and I could not leave a message as the message receiver was full. Their business address, Office 718, 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, IG6 3SZ does not exist. They are scammers and need to be shut down. Fortunately I will be getting my money back but not from them. I purchased through a third party who is going to reimburse me. Avoid Dash Cam Plus at all costs.

Scammers selling counterfeit goods that don't work!

Bought a dash cam from this company did not work could not format l have rang them .e mailed numerous times ,sent text messages no response .dodgy company do not buy from them .

In all fairness the dash cams do work if you buy a new SD card although you then get a constant “format memory” message when you’ve done 2 minutes of recording on a 32gb card. The nextbase hardwire kit will do the job If you’re looking to hard wire it. However the company does not respond to emails or messages through their website. Their “sale” is 365 days a year and they have left my 70 year old mum out of pocket and upset because she thought she was doing the right thing by buying us dash cams for Christmas.

Ordered 2 dashcams off dashcam plus for £67 .Got a message next day saying delivery address on order wrong but it wasn't when I checked.No way of contacting them either by phone or email.Feel like a mug allowing myself to be conned like this.Never again will be a lot more careful next time and will avoid this company like the plague

RIP OFF, BE WARNED DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, I recently purchased 2 cameras on a buy one get another half price, I'm still waiting for a response to my emails or for someone to answer the phone I'm £23 out of pocket.

Purchased two dashcams from this website. Unfortunately it is a scam, neither records and saves files. It says corrupt files when trying to reply any videos. The website is selling fake dashcams and taking honest peoples money. The mobile number and email address provided on the website is fake… will be complaining through Amazon as they are the company they use to deliver. Let’s hope they stop delivering these fake items for the fake website and put them out of business. Also I’ve reported to trading standards

The worst piece of rubbish I’ve ever bought scam reviews on website no customer contact just answer hone luckily bought on credit card so will be trying for a refund

They sent the wrong item and they do not respond to email, VM’ or text.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not order from this company!!! I paid for and ordered 2 x dash cams for Christmas gifts, sadly they do not work and despite numerous emails, phone calls that no one answers, text and instagram messages they still have not contacted me!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased 2 Dash cams and put in the discount code XMAS to get the 2 for 89.99, but was charged £119.99. I have contacted them twice and Sophia emailed back to say that they would refund £30 to my account. Nothing has been refunded. They are a complete waste of time.

Ordered my dash cam just before new year
The money was taken from my bank
But still not received it
They will not return my email
Just read the other reviews and found out everybody else is having the same results

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Had dashcam as christmas present and just managed to install it, well it is installed, but the item is absolute RUBBISH. Item is not working. Black screen with a thin white stripe in the middle. Shame I fell for it as I am always very careful. Surely you can guess that the customer services team is non-existent! DON'T USE!

Got one for Xmas. Furious that my cam appears to do the same thing as everyone else’s. Disgusted that my poor wife has been taken for a ride.

Absolute rubbish bought 2 for Christmas worked for 2 mins then just said corrupted files do not buy from them can't even get through to them

Bought dashcam plus on the 19th Dec 22 it worked for a few days then stopped recording and kept saying corrupted files .very poor quality cheap and nasty .have tried ringing several times but they don't answer and don't reply too emails .Don't use this company as they are total scammers and using fake reviews .Don't think we will see our money again
