Ordered a dashcam for a Christmas present, ordered on 22nd and promised next day delivery guaranteed, did not materialise. When it did turn up a week later, I refused delivery and had it returned after reading terrible reviews.
Not answering any of my emails regarding refund.

Do not buy from this company!! Camera received, did not work, did not record or anything. Despite numerous emails they have not responded. Awaiting my bank getting money back for me!

ordered a dash cam from this company. first 9 three minute segments of recording were fine after that i couldn't play any more segments. 4 times i asked for a returns label and a refund. they stopped answering my emails. luckily my bank got my money refunded.

Very pleasant people to deal with, product is very good too, great peace of mind to have this fitted,

Scam. Order dashcam on 8th November. Very hard to contact them. Tracking number dosnt work, bog standard email keeps being sent saying it will be here in a few days. I contacted my bank to report fraud and they are checking out the company. Its the 26th dec and still no dashcam. Mind you reading these reviews, I have been scammed too and it wont work

No ir lights at night, only bright white leds like you get on a torch. Turn the leds on and all you get is dazzled:(

Only received half of my order. Will not reply to messages or emails. How can a company show it has 5 star reviews with this standard of service? Avoid them at all cost. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

What a... Scam... Bought the Dashcam plus the Number 1 Best Dash UK .customer service will not reply to the email , bought it on the 16th of December 2022. the camera will not play back recorded images. says the file is corrupted, only had the cam for three days. paid someone to fit the cable .only to find out the cam will not play back recorded images .imagin if I would of been involved in an accident and thought I had evidence , This is ridiculous to say it's a safety issue, these companies should be held responsible. because in my eyes this is a crime within its self.they are robbing the public and getting away with it

Terrible experience with this company. The camera I bought from them arrived with instructions in Mandarin only. Customer support was useless. Pressure of work meant I was unable to send the camera back, though I doubt I would have received a refund from the company, anyway. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered 2x dash cams and both faulty. They do not answer emails or phone calls to arrange returns!

DO NOT BUY OFF dashcamplus.co.uk. It is a SCAM. Camera sent doesn't work and no one will answer the phone or emails.

I ordered a dash cam on 4th November, it is now 14th December. Website said would arrive next working day. However, it had been shipped from China, and is now with Evri (as if it couldn't get any worse). Requested delivery to my work as a Christmas present for my husband. Still no sign, and we close down over the Christmas period. Paid by paypal, so unless I get a response, will be putting in a Paypal claim for a full refund. Reviews on their website obviously have all been made up, as extremely glowing

Placed an order which I haven't received there's no info coming up with the tracking number, the mobile number for the business doesn't ring, I've sent several emails to which I've had no reply. This dash cam is meant to be an Xmas present and it looks like I have been scammed going by the reviews on here. I will be giving all the company details to the consumer council. I do not recommend this company!

I am very satisfied with the Dashcam. I needed a manual and they provided it on request.

I did not use this having read other reviews and decided to return it. Although there is only a mobile number which takes messages but doesn’t return them the company did respond to my email. I sent everything back in original packaging recorded delivery and received a refund to my credit card as soon as they received it. So I have changed my view of the company but can’t comment on the quality of the dashcam.

They also own a company called Officialflyingorb - complete scam. I ordered a Flying Orb - very poor packaging, damaged on arrival, really cheaply made product. No response to emails or the mobile number listed on their websites

Absolute scammers!!! Upon purchase their instructions said package had to be signed for just for it to be left on my doorstep in the rain! No after sales as I have sent 5 emails and not 1 reply. Called their phone number which goes straight to answer phone left 3 messages and no reply. My camera will take a picture no problem but will not record any video only picks up audio. I discovered this after the SD card was sent to my insurance company following an accident and they kindly informed me that they heard the crash but sadly couldn't see anything, which is really annoying as that is the whole purpose of a dash cam (to record all video and audio)
Buy from a reputable company instead of being scammed out £££'s

I had to return units twice as both were faulty they refuse to refund cost of return postage

Arrived really quickly, reasonably priced and is a quality dash cam. Much better than many of the ones I’ve seen for a similar price.

I ordered 2 dash cams by mistake, I actually wanted 1 dash cam and 1 sports cam. I have emailed the support email and tried calling the mobile repeatedly but had no response. All I want isto change 1 dash cam for sports cam, I'm now going to contact my credit card company to see if they can help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
