It was used when I received it,sent it back at my cost for a replacement. Received it back and it's never worked because it switched it self off every 30 seconds.All the reviews on their website must be false.
They have changed phone number from a line to mobile with a answer phone and email address with no reply's.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Dash cam from day one had issues. I bought a cable to charge 24hrs in doors but battery immediately drops. Videos don’t save and I can’t even view videos. Complete scam, they clearly have fake reviews on their website and they certainly aren’t voted uks no 1 dash cam suppliers! Will be reporting them to everyone I possibly can! They ignore emails once I sent proof via videos so please don’t buy! Wish I’d seen this website first!

I thought at first, this was a bargain at half price (£50), so I stupidly ordered 2 (for me & hubby), so I tried mine out first - first impressions were really good, as it does feel like a good quality camera and the view through the screen was very clear. But trying to playback the videos wasn't working - would only let me view the first 6 videos, there were other files there that corresponded with my driving times - but I couldn't play them. Sometimes I got the message "no files" (it was definitely recording when I started the car) so swapped over the sd card for a 128gb card - still same problems, it even decided to switch itself off while driving (and it was definitely plugged in), so decided I didn't like it & sent email to customer service. Must give them their due, got a quick reply from Sophia - who very kindly offered a replacement, I emailed back to say I just wanted refund, as hubby didn't want his either, I did have to provide her with a short video of the problems. So in the end, was given a return address and the full amount I paid was refunded into my account within the week. Shame it didn't work out, but happy I got my money back.

A complete waste of money and a scam, do not order this product. The camera looks like it’s working until you try to play back any footage, then the device fails and all images are unplayable. Not helpful for a dash cam. Received a replacement for the first device after a number of emails and now they would like both devices back before they will refund at my cost. We were lucky and contacted our bank who agree this company is a scam and have returned our payment.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 items, which were faulty. They acknowledged the faulty items, but will not pay postage to return. And won't now answer calls.
Checked the company on governments companies house. The company ( Jaar trading) was dissolved in July this year and no longer exists. Now called dashcam plus.Please check for yourselves on government website companies house. One star is generous, if a minus rating existed , they would have got that.
Dashcam plus- Please dont insult folks intelligence by writing your own 5 star reviews after every negative review.

I recently purchased a dash cam for my vehicle, on opening the parcel I discovered that there was some damage to it, I contacted the vendor who quite rightly asked for photographic evidence of the damage, I then received an email apologising for any inconvenience and telling me the damaged part was being replaced and was on its way back to me, absolutely 5 star service.

If I could give minus stars I would. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, sending faulty products and refusing to provide means to return. There is a review below giving 5 stars, must be an employee of the company.

STAY CLEAR. Absolute rip off of a company. Bought dashcam from this company same one selling on ebay at half the price. Had issue with sd card wanted to return item but they sent o reply with a video showing what to do still did not work again i asked to return item and recieved a returns address with strict rules on the packaging and condition even though i only tried dashcam once. They are looking for any slightest excuse on the return so they dont have to give you the refund. I have decided to take the loss and write the item off and give them this negative review. To be honest they dont even deserve one star. Very poor serviceand very very unhelpful on the aftersales A very dodgy company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had an issue with the dash cam and got a quick response when I raised it with the Dashcamplus team. They asked I send them a short video of the issues I had. On receipt of it they quickly confirmed they would be sending out a replacement unit. So it is one of those rare moments when you actually receive first class customer care!

Yes I am yet another disgruntled and out of pocket customer of dashcam plus. Camera arrived 7/9/22and worked for about 10 days, then failed. Notified them and was told might be the cable, found an alternative cable, tried, it sent the video as requested of it not working, and a replacement was sent out. Great I thought Offered to return the old one but was told it was not required back. So I didn't keep it. The replacement then failed after about 6 days, notified them again with videos, and now they want both cameras back, before they can process a refund. Crap product from a crap company.

I bought a bicycle dash cam from this company less than 4 weeks ago and the bracket that mounts the handle bar has completely snapped in two. I have contacted the company and they tell me it’s not covered under warranty so it’s basically tough and they won’t replace the faulty part. Now stuck with product I can’t use.
After reading the reviews I was absolutely dreading receiving mine in the post, once I set it up the camera it self is very good quality and the battery seems to run for a good while, well the journey I use it for. But now the bracket is broken the product is useless so my advice is stay away from this company as after sales services is dreadful. My hubby thinks he can repair it with gorilla glue

This is the worst! Bought 2 dash cams and neither worked. Couldn't call them, the didn't reply to emails, it went on and on. I called my bank and they dealt with it. Because I paid by credit card they got my money back. Please Please Please do not buy from this company! It is a HUGE SCAM!!!

Yep - I fell for one of the oldest tricks in the book. Just because they were on a BBC documentary! These camera's are just cheap, crappy, knockoffs. Lasted about a week before the software gave up and gave erroneous messages, wouldn't record and failed to recognise the memory card. I contacted the company requesting a refund and guess what - no reply! There's a surprise. The many glowing reviews on their website are probably just made up. This product is utter crap.

Stay well away. They are just selling nock off faulty goods. And making you pay to transport them around. They tried to tell me it might be a charging cable problem so I should go and buy another one. You might be lucky to get a snotty email from them once a week. And they won't pay postage so you are going to lose money. Training standard need to get involved.

Yip, just as everyone on here says... shame! Company states you can make changes to orders if done within a 12to24 hr period after placing order...yet when you try you are told to fly a bucket. Now the product has been delivered to an old address I accidently used, and they tell me they won't do anything as they have " fulfilled " their legal obligation.. even though I informed them of the mistake BEFORE they confirmed order.. useless! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have today managed to get someone to answer phone.
Full of apologies. Then e mail offering me 50 refund as it may be A FAULTY ITEM.
I KNEW THAT ALMOST A MONTH AGO.
I have refused their offer and asked my credit card company to stop the payment to them
