The best addition to my office- Desire2 adjustable Tablet and phone stand
I have been looking for a sturdy adjustable stand for my iPad and phone for a while.. and now I have found the perfect one. It was simple to set up and looks the part. Really good quality and the right price too. Once my order was placed it was dispatched quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and their products. Amazing products. Got the dual pivot and swivel stand, which basically lets you adjust to almost any height and angle and swivel 360 degrees. Really nice machined aluminium, solid feeling hinges, feels super premium!

Item received not as the one purchased
Item received not as the one purchased and shown on the website.
The USB hub is not like the one shown on the website that is integrated within the riser itself. It is a cheap one, completely different that cannot for over the side of the riser as clearly show on the website and with such a short cable that it’s almost unusable.
I can confirm Desire2 has approached me to understand the problem and carried out an internal investigation, finding out what went wrong.
I have been refunded in full and promised a discount on my next purchase with Desire2. This is showing a great customer support and dedication to their satisfaction!

Whilst I appreciate that it feels like a scam to you based on what you have received ( I would have felt the same in your situation) I would like to correct our error and remove that unpleasant feeling.
UPDATE:
Thanks for the images, I have spent the morning digging back and have now identified what has gone wrong here.
I can confirm that this is actually a picking error at the warehouse. We have completely sold out of the original stand with the ports built in (and unsure when/if next production will be taking place) and had made a bundle for a different customer which had accidentally shown up in stock against this part code.
1. It should have not been showing as available to purchase and
2. It should have never been sent to you.
I completely understand your frustration in this situation, I would like to remove your impression that we are a scam. I have done two things for you.
1. Removed the product completely from sale.
2. Refunded your order completely
I hope this is a satisfactory resolution to your problem.
Once again, I am incredibly sorry we let you down here, please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Ordered on 1st December. Still haven't received my item despite having express shipping.
Was going to wait longer before leaving a review, but since the email asking me to review you arrived before the product did, there you go 👆

I am changing my experience with desire2 and giving 5 stars because they were very kind to explain me the situation. They were very sincere and they solved the problem very fast.
