Still processing..
I ordered a phone a couple of weeks ago and the order is still being processed. It's got to the point where my bank have actually cancelled the order on my behalf because they probably thought there was something odd going on and going by the reviews-I wish I had read them first. Lucky escape for me I guess!!
Had to cancel - useless
Ordered a Huawei P9 and four weeks later still nothing despite occasional excuses in response to my emails. Then my order and email disappeared from their system and they did not reply to my very concerned email. This company pretends to be in UK as .co.uk but is actually importing Chinese products which are not necessarily UK spec. In the end I raised a complaint with paypal and got my money back. My advice is to avoid using this company.
XXXXXXXX WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed order for garmin fenix 3 hr watch on Sunday(09/10) . Presumed they were based in UK . Watch not yet shipped as promised within 24 hours
Cancelled order before shipped....still waiting for refund.....4 weeks

My order was allegedly dispatched within the time slot I cancelled it which I find amazing. My
Order was confirmed on 13/09/16 my cancellation was also confirmed on the same day.
Still waiting for refund.....£140...

I received refund after 28 days...
Worst customer services EVER!!!
Bought a megaboom speak. The power cable is missing! Initially was willing to accept a cable but due to their lonnng responses and silly processes ie taking a photo of the defective item...derrr! I decided to refuse the item. I have received repeated requests for me to supply my address so that they can forward a cable to me despite, my refusing the item well within the timeline. To me this smells of 'delaying tactics' as you sent my order to my address! Opposing this they want me to return it at my cost as well as being charged a £15 fee. How insulting! I paid full price for an item I that was incomplete. 30 days in and still no resolution. My case number is 90039941. This has been going on too long! Lets put this to bed please.
Fustrated!!
No UK warranty?
Wondered why had warranty in Arabic and no UK service centre. Read article in paper where buyer had problem and found he had no warranty for use in UK. My Samsung S6 stopped working but luckily local expert demonstrated hard reset and saved the day.
Does not honor return policy
Bought a camera and noticed a group of dead pixels and 2 other individual ones. They agreed to return it. After an "inspection" in which they didn't look for the problem stated, they said it was fine. After more back and forth emails, they claimed they could not find the 2 individual dead pixels, only the group and they claim the group is only one dead pixel. If that were so, it wouldn't be visible to your eyes as soon as you turn on the camera.
They require 3 dead pixels for DOA.
An individual pixel measures .06mm
That means there are close to 500pixels per centimeter.
If you can see it, it's obviously a group.
They quickly lost 3000 dollars in fuji sales. Never shopping from them again. If you're looking for grey market camera equipment try e-infin.com. havent had a problem with them yet..
BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase from eglobal say goodbye to your consumer rights!
I implore all potential customers of eglobalcentral (UK, EU and US) to read the reviews before purchasing! The reviews do not lie – check out the number of 1-stars!! They have a consistently awful customer service which is an absolutely horrific experience. Once you have passed the purchase stage where you hand over the money, don’t expect any level of service and if you ever need to claim on their worthless warranty…give up!
We purchased a Bluetooth speaker for my brother’s birthday. It stopped working after just 7 months. For those who want the short version, we now have paid our money, have no speaker, eglobal central are refusing a manufactures warranty replacement OR a refund, so we have contacted our credit card company to pursue eglobal on our behalf (lucky we used a credit card company!)
For those who want the longer version, after it stopped working we were asked to make a video testing the speaker to prove it didn’t work. We were then asked to return the speaker (at our postage costs)…….4-5 weeks later after much chasing we were told the speaker was indeed faulty and would need to be repaired………a further 4-5 weeks later (again after much chasing) we were told it could not be repaired. We were offered a “re-conditioned” alternative model that was inferior. After searching the internet it was clear the reason they were offering this alternative model was because it had a major design flaw; it had reviews all over the web stating it did not work after relatively short periods, so eglobal we palming off their surplus junk stock to us. They also informed us there would be no additional warranty would be provided.
We declined the replacement given we were still within the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, we asked for a replacement or a refund. I figured there is no reason why eglobal could not just get a replacement from the manufacturer so should not be a problem. This was also refused……. I ask myself why they did not do this ………and conclude it is highly likely the speaker we originally purchased was already a re-conditioned when we bought it (mis-sold!) and therefore the manufacturer’s warranty was void.
I genuinely suspect this company is buying up all defective stock, repairing it and then selling it on to consumers knowing these are sub-standard parts.
So now the company have refused to give us a refund or a replacement, even though fault is within the manufacturer’s warranty period. They have our money, we have no speaker, and have had months of aggravation. The customer service is all done by email and there is no way of contacting them by phone to express this dissatisfaction.
Despite this company having an .co.uk address, it is based in hong-kong therefore does not follow UK consumer protection laws. I notice that it also has .eu and .com addresses so this company is clearly global and I would be wary of assuming the honour consumer rights in these countries either.
Appalling Customer Service. Minimal UK Consumer responsibility. AVOID
My experience is to do with after sales service on faulty goods. If you have faulty goods from this company good luck in resolving the issue. If your goods are fine then they are probably fine too.
The short version of my tail of woe is that as a non UK based company eGlobal UK (who are actually just a UK web address for eGlobal Central) it seems impossible to hold them accountable when things go wrong.
I have raised Consumer Ombudsman cases to be told eGlobal are not members a UK Trade Association and therefore not covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA).
I raised a 'chargeback' with my bank, as I mistakenly also bought the goods on a debit card, but missed the 120 day cut off period for claims.
The longer version of my tail of woe is this:
I purchased a Nikon DSLR camera in Dec 2015 which developed a faulty shutter in April 2016. I returned it under the warranty, it was repaired and returned to me 6 weeks later in May 2016.
In June 2016 the shutter failed again and I contacted them to state that under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 a repair that fails to fix the problem within 6 months of ownership rendered the item unfit for purpose. The resolution was either to replace the item or refund it.
They insisted that their warranty covered further repairs and I should return (at my cost) the camera to them again.
I argued with them for nearly 2 weeks that they should cover the cost as actually the previous repair was ineffective but it took me raising a case with the Consumer Ombudsman before they relented and arranged the courier costs.
They confirmed again it was a manufacturing defect and insisted on a further repair ignoring repeated requests for replacement initially and then refund as my frustration grew.
They run an electronic case handling system that they only reply to once a day so disputes take an absolute age to deal with.
In the 36 weeks I have owned the camera I have actually had it in my possession and working for 20 weeks. The other 16 it has been in transit, in repair and in waiting whilst I try and get it replaced or refunded under the apparently obsolete CRA.
I'm now at the point where I give up. I have accepted the return of the repaired goods against my better judgement but feel there is really nowhere else left to turn.
CAB advised I could try and raise an 'ADR' (something dispute resolution I think) but still there is no obligation on the company to accept. Barring small claims courts I have nothing left and am giving up.
They win this battle but I have vowed, and warned them, that I am taking to social media and consumer advice sites to warn others of my experience to try and stop them having the same miserable experience I have had.
It must've cost more in courier, repair and case handling cost to manage me of the last 6 months that it would to have just refunded me. In that sense I take a small crumb of comfort.
Honest opinion, pay the little bit extra it would cost in the UK and get peace of mind if anything goes wrong.
Nikon d5300
Bought the Nikon d5300 kit with the 18-55 vr11 kit and the 55-300 dx vr lens
Cost £511 with Eglobal a lot less than anyone else (Amazon £823)
Bought on a Thursday night , received next Thursday morning , well wrapped delivered by Dhl
I did think it was a uk company , but everything worked out great
Very happy
Poor customer service
Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me.
However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. Instead they took a long time to respond to any communication and each time rejected the claim and said it was my problem.
Moral of the story is that they may be cheap but you've got to hope that nothing happens to your product as it is more than likely that they will not honour the warranty
bad ending of my story
After my last review eGlobal Central contact with me and promise replacement for my factory damage (after 11 weeks from starting RM case in mean time I must buy another phone and spend more money) LG G4 H815 and they send me back different USED model LG G4 H818 dual sim which is cheaper version of my phone produced for Asian market in condition described by me like previous owner treated him very bad. When I complain and ask what I should do whit this phone they told me we don't see any problem we replace your phone for another working phone (not matching to your previous model but who cares? phone is phone right?) so I should be happy from this "brilliant" deal. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EGLOBAL CENTRAL!
AVOID
This company deceive customers into thinking that they are dealing with a company with a UK base by using a .co.uk suffix. This is deliberate disinformation. They are not. They are based in Hong Kong so customers do not have any of the European consumer protection laws behind them. Don't be conned, ripped off or cheated. Buy elsewhere and make sure you're buying from a company in Europe.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Three weeks I have been waiting for a delivery from EGlobal. That item has sat in a warehouse waiting to be delivered and no one has done anything about it. I get automated email responses and the ineptitude of their customer service team is beyond belief. They are very crafty as there are no phone lines or phone numbers to call. I'm not sure if this company even exists I know that it works out of Hong Kong. I would imagine that that is the problem and items will have a Tax added to them when they arrive. So don't be fooled by the low prices because in the end you'll end up paying over any retail from the UK. Run like the wind.
Surprisingly good service
I bought a fitbit from these people and only realised it was china based after the order was placed... Was concerned but item arrived on schedule and was fine.. so false concern in my case.
Missing Fitbit
I ordered a Fitbit for my wife's birthday on 2nd May. It is now the 13th June and I am yet to receive the Fitbit. I was given a tacking number for yodel but when I got in touch with them they had no record of the delivery.since then Eglobal have given me the same tracking number but it now takes me to UPS but their website doesn't recognise it. I am not going to give up but they have made it so hard to get in touch as most emails take 2 days to be answered and there is no phone number to actually speak to someone . I cross my fingers and hope something is sorted ASAP.

Wish I saw this website before ordering
Blinded by the price I suppose
Bought a Sony rx100 m3 £405 great price I thought didn't realise they were based in Hong Kong until after the uk bit threw me anyway didn't hear anything for 10 days despite numerous emails
Then I went through pay pal suddenly I got a reply not in stock anymore would offer a refund but since I went through PayPal passed on to dispute department
Another week later still haven't got my refund
Wish I never heard of them being saving for a decent camera for a while
Why they couldn't have refunded my money when they knew it wasn't in stock is beyond me
Never in Stock stay Clear
I purchased a phone 10 days ago as it was advertised in stock on their website.
when i checked the status of my order it was still processing so i got on to the live chat to see what the delay was i was informed that the phone was in fact out of stock until the end of the month.
I then checked the their website after i got off chat and it said that the phone was Instock so back on to live chat i went and relayed what i had just seen.
I was told they were very sorry this was a mistake and they will get on to the web admin to rectify this checked back later still in stock.
if buying from this website i would advise you check via live chat if the product is actually in stock if you don't want to wait weeks for delivery
WARNING - NOT UK - read before committing to buy
I have never written a review before, but I have now been without a phone for over 2weeks.... I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this problem...
This company is not in the UK! The phone I received would not read a UK sim card (Despite saying it was unlocked) - also came with EUROPEAN CHARGER!!!!!!. I contacted this company who were slow to respond... I established that the phone was in fact locked to an international network, after completely very specific checks with manufacturer of the phone and also the network I use.
I was forced to request a refund, since they failed to respond and it was only then I got replies.
They requested photos, videos for me to prove that it would not read the sim card. Their 'wordy' replies are what I believe to be quite manipulative... Such things include
"From the information you have provided us, we believe that your [item] of order number [########] is a DOA case (Dead on Arrival). We will be arranging a replacement to be delivered to you once we have received and inspected the DOA item, we shall inform you immediately once the item has been inspected with the outcome. Should the item being inspected and found that it is not a DOA item, we shall inform you immediately and quotation on the pickup fee, inspection/repair fee plus the returning shipping cost needed for our item before we further proceed with it."
Let me be clear that this phone works!!!!! .... It just DOES NOT read my UK SIM!!!! I dont know what their criteria is for a 'DOA' item - but I suppose they are just trying to say that I WILL be charged for its return. I have never said that it is 'DEAD' it just wont read the sim and as I stated earlier - the manufacturer states it would ONLY do this if it was LOCKED.
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Had they said sorry for the inconvenience, we'll take it back and send you another - then I would have been more than happy. Instead, I am still without a phone, with it unlikely to be resolved anytime soon.
My advice would be... pay a bit more and go to shop. At least then if there are any faults, they can be sorted immediately.
I am sure many of these reviews are genuine and people have had a positive experience. I am sorry to say, mine has not and has tarnished my experience of buying online. I wish the phone had been fit for purpose (reads the sim), at least then I would have not felt the need to write such a negative response.
No answer to emails. Could not cancel weekend order; be aware of tricky foregn company
This company is very tricky as is pretending to be a UK business but it is not! Placed an order over weekend and trying to cancel it but not possible as my emails and requests were ignored. I called NatWest Bank to try and stop the order but no joy from the Bank either.
This company is claiming to operate in the UK or at least that's what they advertising. They call themselves e Global Central UK!!!! how hilarious is that! but their published address is in Hong Kong and off course there are no phone numbers published.
They have no telephone contact numbers and would not reply to cancellation requests. They say they can cancel orders being processed but found this not to be true; having spoken to the bank was confirmed they had taken the money even though not showed in my balance or it was pending their authorisation!!! - my bank said! unable to stop the payment - that is no surprise.
Another issue is that right after you pay the money to this website they send you an email to say that the items may not be in stock! how come they are allowed to take the money then?!!! I would have thought that they need confirm stock first & then take the money but no.
I don't know how the domain names operate but it looks like UK government is leaving a door open for such unscrupulous foreign companies by allowing the .co.uk domain to be used by such dishonest companies misleading & confusing UK ordinary people.
Hope that one day those internet tricky stammers will be brought to justice.
