Johan installed my boiler 7 years ago and has serviced it every year since then. I wouldn't trust anybody else to do it. Over the years they have also fixed radiator issues for me and installed a nest thermostat. I'm going to be moving home soon and Johan will be my first call to install a new boiler and heating system. I also can't speak more highly of Faye, always sending me a reminder about my annual service and she has excellent customer service. Thank you guys! Choose them, you won't regret it.

Once again, fantastic customer service. Boiler broke down on New Year's Eve and up and running again on the morning of January 2nd. In the meantime we'd had email suggestions of things to do to try and get it going.

After having a Nest Thermostat installed incorrectly I contacted Element3-Heating, as they are listed as certified experts on the Google website in and effort to see if they could rectify the issue. After having very clear communications regarding price and making a booking for the next day, the engineer arrived duly on time. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and reinstalled the entire nest system. The engineer was very professional and courteous. Excellent quality of work combined with a reliable service, what is not to like.

Replaced my aging boiler with a fantastic new Worcester Bosch. Johan came to evaluate the best model for the size of our house and was able to accommodate an earlier than planned fitting date when the old boiler stopped working unexpectedly.
Johan and the team did an amazing job and have consistently been incredible on a number of previous occasions.
An absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

The boiler service was done to a high standard as usual. We also had a few faults with the heating which were also corrected at the same time.
