This company is horrible. I never received my order and then received absolutely no response to the three follow up emails I sent requesting a order status and finally a refund. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website.

They don't deserve a star at all but i couldn't write a review without pushing one. Horrible! They took forever to even ship my order. They ignored my inquiries until i got paypal involved. I finally recieved tge 2 items and tgey are nothing like in their advertisment and made with nasty, cheap polyester. Horrible crap! I'm trying to fight this!

Delivery was longer than expected!!!!!!I ordered my pair of shoes and to my surprise the pair of shoes came from china and not my size what I ordered as per US standard Took months to get shoes then when arrived the size was around a 12 in size . i was trying to return this shoes back to the company so i contacted the company he sorted my problem in minutes,

This company is a joke. I ordered two pairs of shoes which took over 3 months to come in. They would not communicate with me until I received the package. Once I received the package, I saw that the shoes where cheap and nothing like the photos. I asked for a return address and they refused to give me one due to Covid 19 and only offered a 10% refund. I still have not received any money back.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I can’t write a response if I don’t- so I ordered three pairs of shoes in November and NEVER got them and they have Yet to refund my money. I have done EVERYTHING they asked me to do in order to get my refund - they just keep telling me the same thing which I have done over and over - your company owes me 159$$ - and an apology for the time it takes me to continue filing complaints!!! SCAM ALERT - don’t order they will just take your money and time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE, if it's even a real company! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 01/19/2021 and have yet to receive them. Have emailed several times asking for a refund, they give you a run around and excuses about international shipping blah blah blah.

If it was possible to do negative I would. This business is absolutely horrible. I have been waiting since January 18th for my shoes. And have emailed "Adele" multiple times just looking for at least a tracking number and they have not been able to provide that for me. Please do NOT buy from this business. Im still waiting on my shoes and or money that they refuse to refund 😡

Thieves. I placed an order (3 months ago), they stole my money and I never received my purchase. Played some email games back and forth but still no refund or shoes. Do not purchase from this China based group of scammers.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots 3 weeks before Christmas and just received this week... that's between 2 1/2-3 months for shipping!! I had been in contact with customer service numerous times requesting for a refund and was told I could not get it and to wait for the shipment. The boots are CHEAP and feel like you are standing on styrofoam. Not a happy or satisfied customer. Waste of time, and money.

Ordered 2 pair of boots right before the holidays and still have not received them. They are shipping from China and the email states I need to wait for International shipping. It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. I have emailed and demanded a refund and now I am not getting a response at all. The company is a scam!

I ordered boots from this company in November 2020 before Thanksgiving. I finally received them in the mail on 2/20/21. I emailed the company multiple times asking for a refund to no avail. They would just email me back asking me to wait longer and they’d “push” my order. I asked them how they could do that when they didn’t even know where my order was? I got no response. The boots do not look like the picture and look incredibly cheap. I will never wear them. Do not waste your time or money ordering anything from them!

It took ten weeks and multiple emails demanding a refund but i finally received the shoes (ordered as Christmas gifts.) All three pairs are decent quality. But one pair sent is two sizes smaller than I ordered. Lord knows I wont be asking for a refund nor ordering another pair because I won't receive either, I can imagine. I would NOT recommend falling for their ads. Use your money elsewhere.

I order a pair of shoes a week after Christmas. Still have not received them. When I talked to someone on messenger from their company I was told to keep giving it more days. When I said I wanted my money back they stopped replying to me.i am very upset and I want my money back.

Sounds like I have the same story as many other reviewers. sadly, I too, ordered in November and have yet to receive shoes. It’s upsetting to get scammed and I’m more mad at myself for not checking out the reviews before losing money. Maybe this will help someone else to not fall for this scam.

I am upset that I am only reading these reviews after having my own experience with them. I am glad to know I am not the only one who went through paying a good amount of money on shoes and NEVER RECEIVING THEM! I order from them over a month ago and have emailed them multiple times about my order because I never received any shipping updates. The last email I received was a confirmation number and it said “you will receive an email when it has been shipped.” So clearly it hasn’t even been shipped out yet!! When emailing them they were very unprofessional and informal which is not what you want to see when ordering from a “trustworthy” website. They told me they will push for my order and prioritize it so that I will get it ASAP, which I think was a complete lie because I still haven’t gotten anything. If so many people are having the same issue then I hope they get reported and get shut down asap because this is not okay. They are scamming people for their money. I emailed them for a refund and still haven’t received anything back and wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t.

I placed my order in early November. It took about 7 weeks for me to get a shipping number. Here we are 7 weeks later, and the package has not moved. I've emailed back and forth multiple times and keep getting excuses. "It's holiday season." "COVID processes make this take longer." "Please be patient." When I asked about receiving a refund, the email responses stopped.

Today, I went to PayPal to see if I could dispute the order there. When I clicked on the links listed under seller information, I got a warning that the website was impersonating the true website to steal personal and financial information.

I don't anticipate I'll ever get the shoes I bought OR a refund for them. This has been a headache of an experience and I want to keep others from having a similar experience.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on 12/3/2020 and cannot get updated shipping information. My shipment has been in transit for over 2 months now. The customer service for Ellaootd is terrible; very generic responses. I have requested several times for an update on shipping and also a refund with no response other than they hope I can wait a few more days for updated shipping/shipment to arrive. Company is a scam. Do not buy from them.

Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It took 10 weeks to get my order, just to receive the wrong size and their suggestion was for me to buy another pair and gift the size 5 to someone. Or pay 60% of what the books cost to send them back. The boots also don’t look like the photo and are cheaply made.

After reading some of the other reviews, I must post myself. I ordered Nov. 25th and it's Feb. 12th, still no package. I reached out 2 weeks ago, got some ridiculous msg about how it was stuck in customs in U.S. but that they would "push it" (whatever that means) , 2 weeks goes by I msg back and get the same damn response. I asked for a refund and im not getting it, so basically just have to write this one off. Next time do better research, after purchased I have seen the same boots on different websites/posts on FB so clearly this was a scam! Don't purchase, it's a complete waste! So sucky!

I ordered 11/21/2020, I still haven't received my order. They said it was shipped 12/3/2020, which is now 47 business days (website states shipping times are 15-25 business days). I now keep seeing other ads on FB with similar and sometimes even the same boots that I ordered, so it is likely they are all the same company just out there scamming everyone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
