This place is awful!! Do not purchase from them! They are a scam!!

I ordered a pair of boots a month ago. I haven’t received them or a tracking number. Every email is a generic run around message to pacify me. This place is a scam!!

I placed my order on 11-22-2020 and still have not received my package. I have emailed them several times. They keep telling me that my order was shipped on 12-3. I never received am email with a tracking number and even requested one, got nothing but "We're sorry for the delay, but your package is at the post office and in transit". I feel like this is a scam for sure. I've ordered stuff from other places after I place this order and have already received my packages from those places. Somethings not right here, folks.

I’m having the same problem as below. I ordered a pair of boots on Dec 5, 2020. Today is Dec 19, 2020. I get the same responses to my emails. The tracking code doesn’t work and I’ve asked several times who the carrier is. All they say is it’s been sent a few days ago, the tracking number will be generated a few days later. Sorry for the delay, due to the busy season of the post office, tracking information will update a few days later. I got the tracking code on Monday and still nothing on it. I tried to cancel when after a few days I had not received any shipping info, but was told it was too late to cancel, because it had already shipped. They charged PayPal immediately when I ordered.
UPDATE: I received the boots the day after Christmas and delivered them to my daughter yesterday. I was shocked because I had really determined that it was a scam and no company. She said that they fit good. So it appears that it really is a valid business. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 2, but because of their customer service and not being able to track the package, I do not recommend this company. The address on the package was a CA address, but customer service said it was an international package. It came from USPS and had a USPS tracking number, but it did have the other number on the outside of package also, without a bar code. It was not in a box, just a package.

I ordered a pair of boots over two weeks ago. I email the company on a daily basis to get updates. The only answers I get are that the package will be on flight very soon. We’ve confirmed to the post office that it’s on the way. My tracking number doesn’t work and I keep getting the run around.

I placed an order for boots from them 9 weeks ago. Still haven't received my order, or any information for shipping. I have emailed the "company" many times over the past two months and they will not return my money, and claim my order is still being sent over.

Stay far away. They are a scam.

This place is either a scam or they have no idea what they are doing. We ordered a 2 pair of boots. 20 days later still no tracking and no help from the website after multiple times of trying to get some answer from them. Steer clear. There are much easier ways to order shoes from proven sites.
