I ordered boots 3 months ago and have reached out several times for a refund. They respond with the same blanket email everyone else reported, that I must be patient and my boots are on their way.
At this point, I would like a refund and purchase from another vendor, but they aren't even giving me that option. Very frustrating.

complete scam. Ordered two pairs of shoes in October and still have not received them. They refuse to refund me when I requested it after they sent me tracking links that do not work.

They send automated emails and do not answer your questions. Still have not received the shoes and we have en email thread with over 30 messages of them saying the same things over and over. Wish I could give them a 0 star.

Same as everyone on here. Ordered boots 11/11 no boots yet 1/13. Emailed many times was told they have been shipped out in early December. They would not give me tracking number told me the post office was really busy. Really disappointed. Now I see the boots under different name being advertised to me and I am pretty sure all these sites are scams. They all have the same looking website with same pictures and prices

I ordered my shoes a couple months ago and randomly got them today! I was really really suprised cause everyone who has ordered hasnt gotten any of their items way longer than I waited.

I ordered two pairs of boots over a month ago and have yet to receive them. The tracking number does not work. I emailed the company and they stated “they have shipped” and are in the international shipping processing plant due to COVID delays. SCAM

I ordered shoes in December and my order still says it’s being prepared. I e-mailed to get more information and have not gotten a response.

Dont fall into the same trap I did! I ordered months ago, and still have not received my shoes. I have a shipping number that does not work, they make you think it’s taking a long time due to the holidays or COVID. But I’m still waiting.... Don’t buy from here!!

I will join the group, as I ordered my shoes on 10/16 and still have not received them! Multiple emails assuring me they have been shipped and are delayed due to COVID. Sent a tracking number that takes me nowhere and cannot be found. I hope they have been turned in.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Still waiting 3 months later for my boot order. Reached out to the company six times via email demanding a refund. They have reassured me my order has shipped, so they cannot refund me or cancel my order. I’m telling you read all these reviews they are all consistent this is a scam!! And if you have had this happen to you please write a review we need to shut these company’s down!!!!

So let me jump on this bandwagon... i ordered a pair of boots in September!!! It’s now January and still no boots!!! I have sent several emails and get the run around.... they will say my boots shipped i have yet to see them and reason they won’t refund my money! This company is garbage!!!! I highly advise to never order anything from here!!!

This company is a JOKE!! I placed an order at the Beginning of November and I never got a tracking number or any type of information about my order. The emails they sent me all said the same thing. That due to the "Season" my order is running behind! But they sure took my money FAST! I have consulted a Lawyer for fraud and theft. This is Disgusting how they treat there customers!!

I ordered two pairs of boots on 11/4/20. It’s is now 1/3/2021 and still no boots. I never received an email with a tracking number. I emailed customer service and received an email back saying it’s on its way and to be assured it would be delivered. I really liked the boots and was very excited to get them. I was trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt with delayed packages due to the holiday and the weather. Looks like a lot of people are in the same boat as me. I will update if my boots arrive!! Good luck

Be wary dealing with this company! I ordered a pair of boots 12/07/20. The charge hit my bank the next day but I have received nothing else. I have emailed several times and still have heard nothing from them, not even an email. Today is 12/30/20 and I will start trying to get my money back. Thankfully I paid thru PayPal so I can probably get my money back.

I placed my order in early November and like everyone else on here, have sent multiple (6) emails asking about my package and to give me a tracking number. I've received responses to my emails but always telling me that my items have been sent and one time telling me my shoes were hung up in China customs. I did receive a tracking number 4 days ago but it doesn't work. I wanted to believe that due to the holiday delay of large numbers of packages that I could at least track where my pkg was...So very disappointed and not sure how to get justification. I will update IF I ever get my shoes...btw- the company has an address in their home page of being in Industry, California. 730 S. Epperson Dr. Industry, CA 91746 ???

Awful. This is a scam. They do not use English and promise that the shoes are being held up in shipping but can provide no shipping info. DO NOT BUY!!!!

It took a while, but my boots finally arrived and are in good condition!

I ordered three pair of boots November 16, 2020 and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed and got the response that it had been shipped. I don’t understand why we can’t track our order and this experience has been nothing short of crap. Avoid this nonsense!

I placed my order on 11/1 and finally sent an email after almost 3 weeks. Received email stating it was shipped within a couple of days. Placed order based on links sent from my daughters so ordered items for her and her sister. NEVER AGAIN!
I have followed up and today received a response apologizing for the transportation and a screen shot of showing in transit to the US on 11/22 @ 09:42.
That doesn't show anything, I would expect more information by now. So disappointed and angry. Very clever to ensure you use a debit card and not credit card making it nearly impossible to get your money back.

It is a scam ordered over 2 months ago and they keep reassuring me in emails that delivery is slower than usual and they will give me a tracking number soon. Dont waste your money or time
