I gave them one star because I could…

I gave them one star because I could not leave no stars. Buyer beware!!! I ordered from this company early Dec 2020. It is now mid February 2021 and my order has not arrived. I have emailed them over 20 times asking for a refund and they refuse to help me. I’m out $45. They promise great customer service but will not help you. Please do not order from this company!!!

I ordered in November

I ordered in November, have been emailing back and forth since, ordered two pairs of boots. I received ONE pair on January 25th. Emailed them again they said I should get the second pair by the end of January. It’s now February and still haven’t received it. Remind you I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. DONT SHOP HERE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. STRESSFUL AND ANNOYING

United States, In Transit to International Processing Facility They have been in one spot for over a month, I have reached out and they just assure me I will get my package soon. And they ignore the fact that I have asked for a refund. I contacted them today to let them know I will contact the BBB if they do not refund me!

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS…

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered on 12.7.2020. My shipment is still sitting in "transit to UPS" which was posted on 12.16.2020 and no further action has occurred on the shipment transactions. The company has not refunded my money and they continue to respond to my emails with the same message as before.

Customer Service is the worst I have experienced.

I scrolled past a cute pair of boots on…

I scrolled past a cute pair of boots on Facebook. I placed my order with ellaootd in early November. When I hadn't received my package in mid December I started attempting to track it. They still had not shipped it out of their facility. It finally found its way to a UPS facility in the end of December. It's sat there for about 2 weeks before I finally reached out to them, once again. They assured me they would look into it and take care of it. They did not do so in any way shape or form! I attempted to track my package via UPS and USPS. I was told that they used a cheap money saving shipping option anf that with this option I was unable to track my own package over the phone via UPS and needed to contact the vendor in order for THEM to do so. I of course reached back out to ellaootd directly(VIA EMAIL WHICH IS IN FACT THE ONLY WAY). It is currently mid February and I have nothing more than tens of emails between myself and the ellaootd "help' email. Where I get generic responses every once in awhile in the middle of the night US time(as they are based out of China). I have sent and documented at least 20 emails requesting a refund and/or a number or any means of communicating with somebody on, at least a managerial level. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life!!! We need to be careful not to allow these businesses from outside of the country continuously rip us off.

Do not recommend...

My boots arrived two months after they were shipped. The boots were cheaply made, customer service just expressed they were sorry but didn’t have solutions. Their website states they’re located in California, but their items ship from out of country. I tried to leave a review on their website And they delete it, that’s really weird to me. I do not recommend ordering from them at all. I also didn’t know they are plagiarizing. I found the boots I purchased from them are actually from a different company, a legit company based in the USA.

I would rate 0 stars if possible

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Ordered boots for my wife for Christmas gift on Nov. 17th. It is now Feb 2nd and they still haven't come. They are quick to respond when I email the company regarding my missing package. They are always trying to reassure me the package will arrive. They even sent me a tracking number. Says my package has been en route to US from Hong Kong since Dec.27th.

So the other day I wrote a review

So the other day I wrote a review. I meant to say they were still in Hong Kong... well guess what... my order came today.. but.. one pair they sent was a size I did not order and they left out another pair. The other two pair were for my daughter's Christmas.. they are super cute and looks just like the pictures on website. I emailed them yet again asking for the right size and when I should be expecting the missing pair.. I will keep y'all updated..

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. As others, order took over 2 months to arrive with no help from Ella to resolve. UPS basically said they could not do anything to issue a lost package without the company's cooperation. Products are very low quality, and wrong color/sizes - clearly not what I ordered and absolutely not worth spending back. DO NOT order from this site.

I told my husband about some boots I…

I told my husband about some boots I really liked and he ordered them before Thanksgiving. It is currently Jan 27th and still no boots. We did get a tracking number and the company did email saying they have shipped. I know USPS was struggling during the holiday season so I tried to stay patient. But a week ago I called UPS and talked to a person about my tracking number... my shipment is literally on a ship from Hong Kong. And with Covid... there’s no telling... I have faith they will arrive... some day. But at this point it will no longer be boot weather.
UPDATE-
My tracking number says the boots should be here Feb. 10th... I will update with review of product. Hopefully this gives some of you hope your boots will be here soon as well.
Second UPDATE:
Shoes did finally arrive and I want to cry. They are not at all like the picture. The much anticipated arrival of said shoes has left me terribly let down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Customer Service— SCAM

I received a pair of boots that was not in the color I ordered. I was told that the “lighting” in the photos could affect the appearance of the color. There is no way that the dark brown boots I received were the light moss green boots from the picture on the website and on FB. I found the pictures they were using on the Sorel company’s website. I was also then told that I could receive a coupon toward a future order. If I don’t hear from them within the next day, I am contacting Pay Pal and my credit card company to reverse the transaction.

Pay Pal opened a dispute on 1.22.21, and since Ellaootd’s resolution was unacceptable, Pay Pal is refunding the total purchase of the boots to me.
Do not buy from this “business.”

Hello all

Hello all! I had been scammed for several months and was refused a refund the past 2 months now. Do not fall for this and if you are in need of a refund and payed through PayPal, you can fill out a form for being scammed and it will send a request to their actual email! I received all of my money back within a few hours! Hope this saves someone the trouble if they got scammed!
