Amazing Bali with Emirates Holidays
I spent 2 weeks in Bali. We used Emirates holidays for the first time. The experience was brilliant. You have your own personal assistant in every aspect connected with the holiday. I’m so grateful to Emilja. She is very professional and patience. The Emirates flights were comfortable and the flight attendants were really kind. Specially Matteo!
Everything ran smoothly we didn’t have trouble at all! I’d recomand this to everybody!! I’m ready for next holidays on 2025 with Emirates Holidays!

I recently traveled with Emirates Holidays and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel provided was exceptional and truly enhanced my stay. However, I found that the crew services did not meet my expectations. Additionally, transportation was limited to the destination area only; it would be more convenient if it included transfers to and from DXB Terminal 3 as well. I also believe Emirates Holidays could improve their service by offering a comprehensive tour plan.

I can only describe my experience with Emirates Holidays was very Professional and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I would point out one issue that did not meet my aspirations.
The actual pricing of a package was not that competitive when comparing it to a self booked Package. I had high hopes of significant price reductions when comparing to any prices i could get on my own.

They assisted in tailoring a holiday that was superb for my son and I. We both enjoyed ample this me between downtown Dubai and At Lapita resort with numerous themed parks.. And, to top they assisted with my last minute request for the desert safari excursion. They were eager to listen and assist..it was easy to access the call center with the Dubai SIM card.

Emirates Holidays was for me absolutely fantastic.
The whole trip was flawless, smooth and extremely memorable. The Hotel, Atlantis The Royal, lived up to it's name. I experienced true Royalty during my entire stay. The staff were professional and friendly, and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Indeed nothing was too much, or too little.

Incredibly bad experience with Emirates Holidays completely destroyed our honeymoon. From falsely advertising the location, over charging on the hotel room to then be ignored and lied to for an entire week whilst simply trying to return home.
