TLDR: EnterColiving does NOT deliver on what they promise, and there is little respect to issues when they happen. You have to insist on getting problems fixed that are supposed to be a given by their contract. Make sure to have a contract clause to deduct from your rent in case of issues, they don’t respect the tenant or the contract. (Read below if you are interested in various situations that happened)
I stayed in their apartment for 4 months, but I wish I could have left earlier (I was not allowed).
Everything they do is very personal (not professional). The viewing over the call and ad showed a different place than what I signed (even the ad showed spaces I never had access to in the apartment), and I only got to understand when I arrived that I wouldn't have access to what the pictures were showing. Then many problems and situations: 1) I couldn't enter the apartment because the app didn't work, luckily it was not a weekend or nighttime 2) The building had two elevators, no guidelines were sent about where to go. 3) I had to wait outside the apartment for 1 hour until someone showed up to fix the app/door. 4) The hot water mechanism was broken and an electric mechanism for warm water was installed, causing risks in the electrical network. 5) My automatic window blinder got stuck and I couldn’t open or close, they ignored me for 2 months before sending someone to fix it. 6) The apartment cleaner many times didn't come without any reason. 7) Spontaneous visits (less than 24 hours notice) happened and interrupted me during work calls to the point that a person blocked the door with his foot insisting on entering the room while I was still in a work meeting. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. 8) The worst, the ad for the room shows parts of the apartment that I never access to, see my pictures on my Google review. This could easily be considered a scam. The announcement displayed common area with a balcony. None of it was accessible to me.
Claudia (salesperson) ignored the questions I asked when I faced the apartment not being as it was in the advertisement.
Vanessa (support) was the only person who had professional behavior during my stay. She tried to help as much as possible despite the chaos.
The prices are exorbitant for what they gave me (about 790 euros for less than 9m2). Literally taking advantage of workers from abroad who are desperate for a place to stay. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Vanessa was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding and she helped me with everything I needed during my stay. I really appreciate her support — highly recommended!
To be clear, my stay at my first flat with Enter Coliving was good. The apartment met expectations, and general support during the stay was decent, depending on the request. When it came to receiving funds from me (rent, payments, confirmations), responses were fast and efficient.
Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated completely when it came to getting my deposit back.
After moving out, the deposit was not returned within the contractual timeframe. More concerning, Enter Coliving initially could not confirm where the deposit was. It took around three weeks just for them to confirm that they had actually received the deposit.
Following that, there were almost two further months of back-and-forth, during which emails often went unanswered, responses were delayed, and no clear timeline or proof of transfer was provided. I repeatedly had to chase for updates and clarification.
As of today, while writing this review, the deposit has still not been returned.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend Enter Coliving to anyone who expects a timely, transparent, and reliable return of their deposit. While the living experience itself was ok, the handling of refunds is a serious issue that prospective tenants should be aware of.
Vanessa was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout the whole process. She listened carefully and helped me resolve my issue efficiently, making the experience very pleasant.
The rental unit itself was actually really nice and our son enjoyed it. But he moved out in June and we still don't have our deposit. Just like everyone else complaining on here, they signed a document saying we were getting our full deposit back within 60 days. It's January and all we get are "we're working on it," "sorry for the delays," etc in response to our complaints. I had recommended Enter to others but have since made sure to tell anyone and everyone that this company seems to be stealing people's money.
Vanessa has been extremely helpful in addressing all issues related to the apartment. She handled every matter with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication, ensuring that problems were resolved smoothly and without unnecessary stress. In addition, her patience and positive, solution-oriented approach made the entire process much easier and highly reassuring. I truly appreciate her dedication and support.
Vanessa helped me a lot for the problem I had to pay my rent ! Thanks a lot
Do not rent a room from this company. I have been waiting for my deposit since June 2025, and after multiple attempts to contact them, I still have not received anything.
I had a positive experience staying with Enter Coliving. The customer support team was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly.
Vanessa, in particular, was a huge help with my city registration documents, even assisting with some last-minute requirements. She was extremely kind and supportive throughout the process.
During my time living in Room R0465 at C/ dels Sants Just i Pastor, 3, 10, 2, Algirós, 46021 Valencia, under Enter Coliving, I had a positive experience. I am especially grateful to the support staff, particularly Vanessa and Karen, for their assistance and help throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, it has now been more than six months since my contract ended and I still have not received my deposit. I have sent many emails without receiving a proper response, and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here, as recovering your deposit is impossible.

I am writing this as a serious warning.
Enter Coliving SL does not return deposits, even when you follow the rules, leave properly, and wait patiently. I was owed €850. The deadline passed. Then weeks passed. Then months passed. The money never came.
What did come?
Endless emails saying:
“Sorry for the delay”
“The finance team is working on it”
“Please be patient”
Over and over again.
No payment. No date. No proof. No responsibility.
Here is the most alarming part:
I am physically in Spain, reachable, persistent, and legally informed — and I STILL could not get my money back.
If this is how they treat someone who is present, chasing, escalating, and documenting everything, ask yourself:
👉 What happens if you leave Spain?
👉 What happens if you move abroad?
👉 What happens if you don’t have time, energy, or legal knowledge to fight?
The honest answer:
You should assume your deposit is gone.
This experience showed a clear pattern:
Delay until you’re exhausted
Minimize the problem
Keep sending polite template replies
Hope you eventually give up
I had to escalate the case to consumer protection authorities just to be taken seriously. No one should have to do that to recover their own money.
Let me be absolutely clear:
If a company cannot handle something as basic as returning a deposit, they cannot be trusted.
My advice to anyone reading this:
❌ Do not rent here
❌ Do not assume deposits are handled fairly
❌ Do not believe verbal reassurances
❌ Do not expect accountability after you leave
There are many housing options in Barcelona.
Choose literally any other one.

Vanessa has been incredibly helpful. I needed support with administrative documents in Barcelona, and she managed to get everything sorted in less than two weeks. I can’t thank her enough, I had been struggling for months to obtain them, and she solved the issue quickly, even though it wasn’t originally part of her responsibilities.
A huge thank you to Vanessa for her efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Truly appreciated!

It has been over 5 months they still did not return my deposit, and to my flatmates and other people! Avoid this company! The worst experience ever! As I am going back I will make sure to let everyone know to stay away from this company and will definitely report this to police!

5/12/2025: I will not provide a tenant name on this website but if you can provide a contact who will follow up properly, I can do that with them. Thank you.
Our son stayed at an Enter property in Spain for 6 months. The property itself was lovely and convenient for an international student, and the roommates all got along. But since he moved out in June, we have not received our security deposit back. There were no damage issues or other problems. Since early October, we have been getting the total runaround from Karen P about backlog and delays, and we have no idea if or when our money will ever be returned. We would have gladly recommended Enter to so many people, but the failure to return funds, provide a date, or explain where our money is has made us think we should be recommending against Enter instead. A truly unfortunate experience.

EDIT: it's been more than 160 days and I have not received my deposit back. MOREOVER THEY PUT DOWN MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I suggest everyone in my situation to send a claim to Consumer Protection body in spain to collect as many as possible.
Original review: After 4 months I still have not received my deposit back. 4 months! They owe me 860 euro.
I've been ignored most of the times or have been replied with vague answers about my money.
I noticed this is not the first time and many people are still waiting for their money.
This behaviour is disrespectful, unprofessional and above all... illegal

Hello,
I DO NOT WANT A FUTURE CONTRACT OR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR COMPANY AND DO NOT WANT A CREDIT. I WANT THE MONEY YOU OWE ME BACK. I had agreed to accept a credit while living in the apartment. Since I no longer live there and the contract has been severed, the money you owe me should be reimbursed. Why would you keep money that isn't yours? Why would you keep 1,580 Euros that are mine? You kept 1,000 Euros from my deposit because I left the apartment before the end of the lease. Isn't that enough? Why do you refuse to refund my money back? What you are doing is called theft.
