Delivered on the day and within the time frame that had been arranged. Courteous friendly drivers delivered my order, unwrapped sofas and took away all wrapping etc afterwards. After being let down twice by a different delivery company it was so nice to have a company that were so professional. Can highly recommend.

Delivery timescale was a bit long but i must say it was worth every week of waIting. Delivery guys were 100% and very helpful. They kept in touch right up to 15 minutes before delivery. I would buy from dfs again but im so in love with my sofa that i will have this one for ever

Notified by text of delivery date and could track van progress. Phone call 15 minutes ahead of delivery was helpful too.

Was a bit worried after seeing mixed reviews online about the deliveries but the guys were brilliant. After 2 damaged sideboards delivered from Next I opted to try somewhere new and for much cheaper. Ben and Daniel delivered and done a great job. Thanks

Delivery arrived in the time slot given. The delivery chaps were extremely helpful. They put the piece of garden furniture where we asked and took all packaging with them. It was a smooth and efficient service. Thank you.

Tracking kept up to date called to say they would be a bit earlier than slot given amazing service from company and delivery drivers

The guys arrived early, phoned me half an hour before arrival. They were both very friendly and efficient.

Quick and easy delivery for me at least. Heavy mattress carried up stairs and unpacked on bed with no mess or fuss

Very helpful guys, nothing was too much trouble.
It was a collection and delivery of sofas, and they had to go through the patio doors and around the back through a neighbours garden too, very professional and friendly.

Very efficient delivery from 2 polite and courteous guys, 2 hour timeslot in advance then a phone call about 15 minutes before they arrived. They were very careful bringing our furniture in, quickly assembled and tested it and cleared away all the packaging.

Delivered as promised. Fast and efficient. Notified me when they were 20 mins away. No issues.
