Stellar service and great products!
There was a little mess up in my part with the wrong address but as soon as I reported the wrong address it too no more than just a few days for them to get it back to me quickly to the new address! They are stellar!!!! I highly recommend. My husband LOVED all of the snacks I got him. There was so much!!

No variety, no flavor
I know that the items in the box weren’t going to match the ones in the stock photos but I thought they’d at least be similar. All the ones I got were like sweet breads and plain, cheese, or egg flavor. Very disappointed, won’t order again.

Wrong product delivered with no resolution
I specifically ordered the Halloween Pocky packs. They were marketed and listed as the special edition Halloween versions. I was sent the regular versions with the plain normal packaging. I would not have ordered the plain ones as they were specifically for a Halloween themed party. I wrote the company asking them to resolve it and was never contacted back.

Not happy with melted KitKats
I was not happy when the KitKat candy bars were shipped in a plain cardboard box via USPS. It was pushing 100° and there was nothing in the box to keep them from melting. It was shipped priority and arrived late... nothing like melted KitKats...
