Everything came perfectly packed and ready to go! No breakages or melting because y'all are local. I don't have a car so getting some of these snacks is pretty hard for me, but I was bummed to find out how much more expensive some of them were. In that case, I will be using any and every coupon to come back.

just purchased from them. They claim they ship within 2 business days. They printed the label but never sent the items. 4 business days so far and no official shipment.

It was okay.
Delivery was alright; I will say that I think the products were a little disappointing because they tasted on the older side, but I still enjoyed what was there and I may try to find something else that may interest me.

The chips you ordered are packaged in a tube, similar to Pringles-style packaging. Even with the best care in packaging, there is still room inside the tube for the chips to move around. This is a common issue with tube-style packaging. In fact, even if you purchase a tube of Pringles from a store and take it home, you’ll likely find a few broken pieces inside.
When items are shipped, they go through various handling processes, and unfortunately, carriers don’t always handle packages gently. As a result, the chips can get crushed during transit, which is something that is beyond our control.

Your order was placed on 1/26/2025, processed within our standard 2–3 business day timeframe, and shipped out on 1/28/2025. The original estimated delivery date was 2/3/2025, but USPS tracking showed a delay in transit with no updated delivery date available.
Despite this being a carrier issue, we actively assisted by checking with USPS, keeping you updated, and explaining that we are not a shipping company—we fulfilled our part by shipping your order on time, but transit delays are solely handled by USPS. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging this, you repeatedly placed blame on our business and refused to accept the information provided.
Additionally, you resorted to using offensive language and threatened to leave a negative review, despite our continued efforts to assist you. While we understand your frustration, this review appears to be misdirected, as the delay was caused by USPS and not our service. We believe feedback should be fair and placed on the appropriate party responsible.
