The meals are interesting and arrive promptly, but this was a "trial run" to see if we liked the convenience. Some meals were quite tasty, but all meat, except meatballs, were tough. We are evaluating the value to cost right now.

I cancelled my account with Factor and have directed Discover to deny any further request for payments. You should have apologized for your mistake, not charged for tne wrong order and continued

Salads
I am very happy with the meals and service. The only problem I have had is with the salads. They are arriving partially open. The containers are not closing adequately. The lettuce is often wilted, especially the spinach. Except for the lettuce problem, the salads are very good. I like the variety.

I only received the breakfast epanadas from my large order. I contacted customer support and was connected to an AI chat that did not fix the problem. I want my food, or at least a refund for this terrible experience.

The order sent last Sunday was not what I ordered. You sent me 4 chicken dishes, one turkey and one beef. I never order so much poultry and always order at least one fish. Additionally the quality of the offerings was somewhat disappointing; on one meal the chicken was tough and the vegetables very poor.
The reason I left Tempo was because they started to send me meals I had not ordered and if it happens again with you I will consider moving either back to Tempo or to Unity.

Thew meals are very good and satisfying. There is a large selection to chose from. there a couple of things wrong. First the last 4 boxed I have received are either turned upside down or on it side, when the box clearly states This Side Up. If you do not do something about it I will be contacting FedEx since that is who delivers. I have had enough. Second of all I do not think it is right for someone to have to sign up for your product to get the free box given. They may not like it and now you have roped them into having to cancel. As much as we are paying you for this service it seems you could let people try it before having to commit.

I love the food and the ease of the process. However, I am having a hard time figuring out what to do with all the packaging material. It really is not recyclable. I don’t mind the boxes, but the thermal lining and the freeze packs should be reused. Isn’t there any way they can be returned? I would be willing to drop them off monthly at a local site or pay a bit extra to return.

I love the idea of tastefully prepared meals coming once a week. So far, so good. I haven't picked out my own meals yet because I am relishing in the surprises I receive each week. When I decide to expand my own choices I will do so for likely four weeks at a

although I love to cook, having delicious meals delivered as heat and serve is quicker and easier than cooking myself. consider the time and energy to shop for all the ingredients, follow time consuming recipes, standing at the stove to cook it. these meals cover a wide range of the world.

I cancelled my orders with Factor after receiving the very first boxed, yet Factor continued to send more boxes and charging my bank account week after week! I sent multiple request to cancel the service but to know avail. I am very disappointed with Factor and don’t recommend them to anyone!
