I like the food, but...

I like the food. Your service is great, food is well-packaged, delivered timely... But it doesn't work on my budget. I don't think you're overpriced, I just spend too much, in all categories.

Happy customer

Love the food fresh orders tasty food super healthy lots of options with food prices being high it's nice to have a healthy meal wish I could order more and the meals were closer to a preserving I have a family of 4 so we share items off the meals add them to other things

Unsavory green beans!

I can only use 4 to 5 meals a week and…

I can only use 4 to 5 meals a week and the company adjusted the program for me. The meals are very delicious I enjoy every one of them. I enjoy supplementing my diet with Factor meals every other week delivered.

You Asked

We, Teri and Terry, found our experience to date as exceptional. Meals are tasty, balanced, and loaded with proteins as we specified. We are impressed with the selection and quality. If we could fix one specific interaction it would be with the delivery. Our driveway is approximately 700 ft. Winding through trees to the lake. The first two deliveries were at our ADU door step. NICE. The last delivery was marked delivered and we did not find it near the ADU or main house. However, hours later, on our way out to a family function we found the delivery box 675 ft. up the drive next to the rubbish containers. It appears no effort was made to deliver. The product 'ice' was melted and we feared the worst so we did not use the order. Not cool. Just sayin

Its so easy for lunches

Its so easy for lunches, and very tasty, I mostly get the GLP1 meals as I have pre diabetes. This has been a game changer for me.

This is the 3rd time the delivery…

This is the 3rd time the delivery service failed to deliver the food on time.
As much as I like the food, I am getting to the point where I can't continue with your service if I can't reliability get the food delivered.
Now on the second day to deliver the food, I really don't know if its still good.
