Quality of the chair and ottoman is very good. I give four stars because of the leather quality. It's good but not that good. I didn't order the premium edition though so I can't complain too much. I'm satisfied.

Send 2 différent box is a strange way to deliver...

Shipment to Norway was done with no problems but one. One of my two chairs were returned to shipper for some reason. But Barcelonachairshop and DHL reacted immediately, and both chairs arrived safe and sound. Fantastic chair. I could recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered the Barcelona leather chair which was advertised as being white. The order all went accordingy to plan and we received feedback in good time when we had a query. However, when we received the chair, it was in fact more of a cream colour than white. The chair itself is really lovely, good quality but sadly we specifically ordered it to match our white leather couch and have now requested a return and refund. We have yet to experience the service and refund, as we notified Barcelona Chair only yesterday, so we are still in the process of dealing with this transaction and hope the return and refund is not problematic.

The design of the chair is of course great, the leather looks and feels very good, however there are some seams that could have been finished better.
The cushions inside the leather do not seem to be of the best quality, which can even be seen through the leather in form of impressions through the uneven cushion below.
Unfortunately the leather care kit seemed to have been opened, the bottle was thrown loosely in the carton in which the chair came, the packaging was damaged.

I've received the Barcelona Chair premium within 2 working days (Munchen). The customer support did not lied about the quality.
