Sadly I received a payment reminder after returning the barcelona chairs within the correct time frame. On ringing the Klara company I was informed by a Mr. Carseen that I should have contacted his company to keep them informed that the chairs were returned. On reading through the forms which I received I did not see any mention of such a company called Klarna. I think this is an extremely unfair thing to do to your customers. I have not ever heard of such treatment before. I returned the goods with all information taped inside the carton as requested. This as far as I am concerned is enough information for tracking purposes. I have never ever contacted a company before to tell them that the products have been returned as companies have methods now days to track products. I feel sorry for people who have been fooled by this method.
I am afraid I will not be recommending your company further.

Good price, fast delivery and zero complications
Although I had to return the ordered item I want to share my experience with Barcelonachairshop with you. The delivery was fast and uncomplicated and the product - a Barcelona daybed which was intended as a present but returned by the taker because he didn't have enough space - was of very high quality. Many companies don´t like it if you return their products and make it hard for you to do so. Not Barcelonachairshop and its employees They were very nice, helpful and patient. If you ever thought about buying furniture from the barcelona line - do it here. I can recommend them.
