Tyres didn't get fitted the day I booked because they weren't delivered in time. Then the fitter didn't follow the instructions I had put on the order that it was the driver's front and back and he went to do the passenger front ( my wife took the car to them) she had to call me to confirm. But the condition of the Tyres should have been enough to realise that they were the one's to charge

MOT review
Happy with the service start to finish, booked my mot online, sent the hubby down with the car, it was in and out within the hour very pleased. Connor and the team where first class also explained servicing and cost which wasn't needed at this point because our usual garage had done it but couldn't fit in the mot. I have been a customer at farmers for tyres before and have always had good service, I shall be returning for my cars service in due time. Many thanks for an easy transaction.

Farmers Glenrothes
It was easy to order tyres and book slot online. The lads were polite and professional. I don't mind paying for coffee but I don't usually carry cash so the free coffee machine was a nice touch. Thanks to the lads at glenrothes I will be back for mot and service next year

Easy online booking and good customer service
It was really easy to book online for an oil service.
The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant when we visited the garage.
There was a confusion on what oil should have been used.
The resolution from the Area manager was really quick and efficient

Arrived and was served immediately
Arrived and was served immediately, paperwork took only a couple of minutes told I would get a call when ready. Car was completed in 20mins. Staff were very courteous and enjoyed a bit of friendly banter A very pleasant experience which is normal when I need to visit

AC hadn't been working for some time. Wanted a recharge as heading to South of England. Was aware that seals etc could be dried out so asked about it before deciding to go ahead. Was told machine woukd find any major leaks but small leaks may mean gas would be lost in a few weeks. long enough to get us through the trip. Lasted 2 days. Not great advice, happy to take my cash with little hope of working
