It was good to see the sea without joing the navy.
I thoroughly enjoyed my journey on the ferry. It was wonderful just to sit back and to rest in the safety of good seamanship. All the staff, both at the ports, and on the ferry, were very helpful..It was also helpful not to have to trudge my luggage into the seating area but to know it was safe in the Hold.

Excellent service
I booked a day trip to Cherbourg for myself and my partner who is disabled and uses a scooter. I booked online and I had a curteous, personal phone call the following day regarding access and where specifically to go following check-in which was very useful and informative. On the day all staff were very respectful and accomodating about slow mobility and the setting up of the scooter. Moving around the ferry was relatively easy with lifts and a lot of open areas. A trouble free and smooth journey.

I was very pleased with the speed, accuracy and customer-friendly booking website and will definitely use it again.
Ferries are not the easiest things to book up. I've used Ferries.co.uk this time for a transfer from Tenerife to La Gomera, a journey I've done before. The last time was not easy; but this time the whole procedure was perfectly clear and quick and I was able to marry my air arrival in Tenerife to my departure to San Sebastien efficiently and accurately.

Easy pricing, easy to choose extras, easy on the wallet. How easy does it need to be?
First time on the web site and no long detailed marketing type questionnaire just what they need to know to book the trip. Logical place to add the car and Club seats and the whole thing for a 5 day trip will be cheaper than flying and hiring a car so "result".

All I have done is use the website to book but sometimes that is easier said than done. Fortunately in this instance it was as easily done as said. One example - if you make an error and go back all the correct information isn't automatically lost. Now that is really irritating but that does not apply to this site. Hurrah!! Let's hope the ferry is as good!!!
