I’ve hired the Fixrunner team once and had a lengthy counseling from them on another occasion and both experiences were very productive and professional. They didn’t charge me for the consultation which was great and unexpected. Their prices are very fair and they god the work done expediently.

As far as web support companies, I have "tried them all". When I've ended contracts with some of these other web support companies, I had been hacked, harassed and denied refunds while trying to recover from "bad fixes" and outright illegal acts that have set my company back by months.

Unbelievable! I hired over 20 so-called "top-rated" WordPress developers on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, as well as a top-level WordPress support agency that directly competes with "Fix Runner." Not only did they all fail to fix the issue, but previous agency who is direct competitor of Fixrunner even threatened me to remove my review on Trustpilot, or they’d attack our site. Despite all this, I ended up with "Fix Runner" and they were my last hope, and they truly delivered. Special thanks to "Anson Davis" for temporarily fixing my issue.
