Time for an honest review. I hired these folks last Friday to fix my broken Wordpress/woocommerce site. This experience wasn’t 100% to my liking so I expressed my frustrations. Then the CEO of the company, Sam, personally calls me to apologize and to make things right.

Then within an hour everything was fixed!!

Everyone makes mistakes… I certainly do.. but what sets Fixrunner apart is that they really care about customer satisfaction and they will go above and beyond to achieve that satisfaction.

Sam didnt have to call me on a Sunday to apologize, he didn’t have to offer to fix the issue for free, but doing so regained all of the lost trust and then some!

The next time my wordpress site breaks… these are the guys I’ll go to first.

I have two small businesses, both heavily reliant on a great website. I've bounced around to a few different tech guys and have never been able to get consistent, reliable help until finding Fix Runner. I found them after running into a tech problem that I paid two other tech experts to fix, and both failed. Fix Runner responded to me within minutes and had the issue fixed within a single hour. Everyone I have worked with at Fix Runner is extremely knowledgable, professional, kind, and FAST. Always prompt to answer questions and fix issues. Honestly, one of the most prompt companies I have ever dealt with. Everything happens quick with FixRunner. I considered cancelling my membership initially after they fixed a couple issues I was having, not because of them just because I didn't know if I would need it... but whenever I think of something, or for some reason if our website has a problem, I immediately can email them and its resolved. It's worth the peace of mind, and almost like an insurance policy on your website (with no deductible!). I will be a long time member of Fixrunner.

My web site was transferred to a new hosting site.
Immediately, all links images database, etc did not work at all.
got constant 404 errors.
Saw no WordPress admin screens.
Tried for two weeks to fix it myself. No luck.

Honest, they took all of 1 - 2 hours to fix it all.

I have been relying on this company for years for my WP site... They are affordable - Super FAST in fixing any of the problems I had with my desktop version or mobile wp site.

My server was messed up. I started receiving server errors the day I gave them the access to server. All they had to do was to ask me to restore the server to prior day. instead they said , your website is too huge , we can't do the job. So I guess for small websites they are good.

Ilija was absolutely great! We migrated our site to a new server which knocked a few visual bits and pieces out, however the team over at Fixrunner worked their magic and within 24 hours of the original request being made the site looked good as new.

Highly recommend to anyone using WordPress.

After investing too much of my own time trying to resolve a malware issue on my website, I tried Fixrunner and I am so glad I did. They fixed the issue (thousands of infected files) in a short time and went well beyond the minimum by adding some protection and giving me a specific call to action on how to protect myself even more without trying to upsell me. And best of all, I was the one who asked about payment after it was resolved.
