We are sorry to see your negative review.
We can see you ordered the FootActive Comfort. This is a medium density insole but still has a decent arch support. There is some flex after the arch but this is standard as not to be too rigid whilst walking.
We do have a wide range of insoles in differing densities so another option may be more suitable.

No quibble replacement.
I've used Foot Active for more than a decade and been very happy with their arch supports. As I developed a bit more discomfort than usual and was clearly over-pronating I decided to try the "medical" product rather than "comfort" I had been using. This proved to be a mistake and so I returned the products and they were replaced with no quibble which I am very happy about. But I'll need to get the source of new foot pain checked out!

Lots of choice and excellent quality
I needed insoles. Lots of choice available and excellent quality. It allowed me to buy cheaper deck style shoes for summer and use the orthopaedic insoles for comfort. So much lighter to wear in summer. I have bought Footactive products as gifts, so pleased am I with their products. Delivery is never an issue.

Customer service was excellent, rang up with a couple of questions regarding some slippers i was interested in, these were answered very well. Went ahead and purchased straight away, they were dispatched the same day and arrived the next day, super service. Slippers excellent quality and fit perfectly, true to size and were totally as described. All in all super fast service, very happy customer

We are sorry to see you negative review and are sorry to hear your insoles didn't fit. Our insoles can be trimmed as per the instructions if they need to be shorter.
We do send everything out for free including exchanges but unfortunately we just can't cover the postage costs both ways. We do try to make this as clear as possible on our website to avoid any confusion.
