I ordered a ride in Paris. The chauffer was marked as arrived while the GPS of the application Freenow showed that the driver is still not arrived.
I was waiting exactly on the addresse i put on the order.
I tried calling the driver through the App but it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full so i couldnt even talk to the driver.
I later got a message that I have arrived to my destination (a destination that isnt even the one i put) and they took the money for the ride from my card.
I did not authorise this payment. I didnt take the ride.
I sent 2 email complaints through the application but no response. Its been a week now.
What a scam! I am never using this application/ again. I will stick to UBER. At least they are honest and reply to dodgy scams and refund your money instantly.
I do not recommend this company at all. And I demand my money back! its a matter of principle. This is daylight robbery!
