Poor internet service
Poor service. I was promised internet on Friday 21 August and NOTHING. Have followed up three times now and they emailed me to say I am connected and it’s NOT working. What a joke! I missed several hours of work on a Friday because of this. Two times I called and they say they’ll ring back because no one is available. Please sort this out ASAP!

Exceptional technical support from John Goodwin – 12/10!
I was having ongoing issues with my internet cutting out on zoom and teams calls. When I called G Network, I was put through to John Goodwin in Technical Support.
He stayed on the phone with me 1.5 hours, patiently troubleshooting every possible cause he could think of.
Although several complicated procedures were involved, he explained everything clearly and used language that was easy for a non-technical person to understand, without using unnecessary jargon - which can so often happen on calls like that!
John was very patient with all my questions, consistently respectful and a genuinely lovely person to talk to. Most importantly, whatever he did has completely resolved the problem.
Thank you so much, John, for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it. And if I could give you a rating, it would be 12/10!

Last week German Schmidt came to…
Last week German Schmidt came to install our G Network. He was early (not late), he was patient (he waited for us to get needed access), he was thorough (he spent time reviewing the property to determine the best route for delivering the fibre) and he was careful and professional (he didn’t just do a perfect job but he was a perfectionist in how he ran cable, and how detailed and careful he was in doing everything. I can say this was a seamless and easy process because of the effort made by German. G Network should make sure all their engineers work like German.

It's a bit of a scam
It's a bit of a scam. they get you to sign up to a monthly commitment but you are actually signing an annual deal. Then the customer service tries to gaslight you and say he's "confused" it was my fault for signing the contract. Thanks Louis. Top work mate. Also, the wifi hit a max upload speed of 12 mbps which is abyssmal.

They sent a very professional engineer out named Andrew on the same day and he kindly replaced the broken cables in a timely manner.
