The website kept on crashing. But I finally came around to booking flights for the three of us for my brother's stag. I received confirmation of my booking and so I booked the hotel as well. About an hour or so after my booking, Gate1 decided to cancel my flight booking without an explanation. Unprofessional and don't waste your time with them.

Warning warning DO NOT BOOK WITH THS COMPANY, our flight was rescheduled instead of a direct flight we were rescheduled on a flight with stopover doubling our travel time from 7 to 15.5 bourse, despite multiple emails we have no satisfactory outcome , you can’t speak to them they have a recorded message saying due to Covid restrictions they are u able to answer the phone !!!!!!!!?!

The all experience has been good. I did enjoy entering the data easily as I was having issues in other web sites.
I got everything I need and I hope all goes great on my flight as I am looking forward so much to be travelling with my kids to France.

Booked the flight. Funds were confirmed taken. 2 hours later I get email to say cancelled. The flight was not cancelled. The airline has increased the fee. So these guys were behind the curve. All the effort in booking was a total waste of time. Suggest ALWAYS book directly with the airline

Great website, easy to use, competitive rates.

Needed to cancel 3 tickets as I could not travel tried calling the number provided on the email confirmation but no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. Emailed multiple times no reply. Ended up loosing the £2480 and I'm still chasing them coming up to 5 months and they have not even got back to me. Absolute shambles DO NOT BOOK THOUGH THEM.I will now be going to court.

SCAM - they will take your money, confirm the booking and then cancel it shortly after. Then you will find the same flight still being sold more than 24hrs later by them. Do NOT risk booking with this company.

Would give zero stars if possible. My advice is do not use this company regardless of the price because if something happens eg airline cancelling a flight, they will not help

I booked a flight from DUBLIN to FORT MYERS Florida for 26th DEC 2021, paid for it in March 2021. The flight was cancelled by the airline without notice. Despite numerous emails to the company I have only received an automated response that the refund will be processed in due course. it has been 15 months now and still no refund.
Travellers....Be very aware that there is no way of contacting anybody in this company if things go wrong and all you will receive is automated responses.

Note the date of my experience was 26/12/2021 but unable to use that date in the date of experience box
