Figurine I ordered has a very good quality (yoichi yukimura) and nice variety options. Also the customer support is very friendly, helpful and quick in response.

I bought the Arataki Itto figurine and the process was very smooth, I got mine earlier than expected. The figurine is also high quality and highly detailed!
The service was very nice and patient, overall I'm happy with it.

The figure came pretty busted and gk was supposed to reach out to see what could be done to the studio but never got back to me.

Scammers, they steal your money, never send you anything and keep delaying and lieing about working on the situation. Sue them. Refund my orders orders #11181 and #11176 you bloody scammers!

I pre-ordered two figures and waited for 12 months for an update and nothing. Eventually I thought something is wrong so I went back to the order pages and it said the figures were "out of stock". I messaged them (it took a week to get a reply) and they said those figures have been sold out for a while now and they are not getting anymore to fill orders...NO ONE TOLD ME.. so, they were just going to take my money and not say anything? That's stealing! Also, if I purchased a pre-order that means one is saved for me, so what happened to the stock!? It took MONTHS of back and forth to get any progress on my return. They offered me credit, did not take any responsibility or apologize for basically stealing from me. After finally threatening to get authorities involved they refunded my PayPal (after another month of no response, they claimed the return guy was on vacation) Overall it was a huge waste of time (18 months in total). I wanted those figures so bad and missed out on other windows of opportunity for them! The worst part was that I had to pay interest on that purchase so overall I lost money. In the end they were not sorry and offered me no other compensation or deals. This company is shady, disappointing and extremely unethical, they should be ashamed.

Pre-Ordered a figure almost a year ago.

Everything went fine, no complications or anything else. Actually, I ordered without any knowledge beforehand. So, it was pretty much hit or miss for me. This one was a hit.

Figure arrived around end of July, no damages (it was my dumbass that slightly damaged the Figure while unpacking, so that's totally on me) or anything else.

Recommended.

Best quality with variety of choices

Everything was great, this was the first time I had gotten a statue like this, so I didn’t realize I had to build it. But I understand that’s part of the charm of it.

It a legit site, you will get your figure at the end of the day and it is well package and everything.
Reason for the 3 stars is because their ETA for the figure aren't accurate and from research and my own experience delays will happen by around 2-3Q and the biggest issue is the delays are not announced and when I did reach out they responded but didn't responded to my question about asking for a new ETA.
So warning for people who look at the ETA, always add around 2-3Q more to it and always expect unaccounced delays.
Figure I order came in perfect just had 1 minor issue with glue getting into the hole I need to put the head in but with a knife I manage to remove the glue and the figure is good as new.

They have not responded to my order inquiry for over a month, despite multiple attempts and different avenues I have used to contact. I have provided evidence of my invoice and they have yet to confirm or send my preorder that has been released by the studio.

The statue took a while to be ready to get shipped and delivered. but once it was it was well worth it. Shipping wasn't too high a cost and the figure came in very good quality. and is one of my favourite to this day.

I paid what I had to pay and I never got an confirmation email. I haven't received any shipping info and I order my statue about 8 months ago.
