Another deceived customer believing this company was London based.
£115 worth of clothes bought and the quality was shockingly bad. They advised me to send back via FedEx and because it was so difficult to open an account I sent it tracked and signed for back to China with Royal Mail for £35. Only to receive the package back 4 months later. Funnily enough they didn't email me back and so I have now lost £150. Do not buy from this company!

Would have given this company a 0 if possible . I thought I was buying from a UK website but they are based in China . Poor quality shoes which I returned . Only to have them sent back . They say it is easy to return items but that is not true . Do not buy from this company !!

Very helpful until I wanted to return an item and then silence.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The clothing is poor and nothing like the photos on the website and you can not return items. A complete waste of money.

What a horrible experience I had . I ordered a linien shirt , paid £30 and received cheap polyester.Absolute scam. I then posted the item back for refund ,paid £16 and haven’t received the money back

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Cheap polyester goods that are not as described. Website looks like a quality British brand but reality is cheap Chinese product where it is ridiculously expensive to return and impossible to get a refund after doing so!

This was my last message with the company. Stay well clear.

As I said you have miss sold your clothing, I have been informed you do not wish to receive the goods as agreed. I have never had such poor service or quality of goods from any retailer ever. Im over £200 out of pocket for you badly made cheap polyester tat.

I will never recommend your company or products. And quite frankly I should have known better and done more research. I will not make the mistake of buying from outside the uk again and I feel bad for the other people who feel the same about your products and service.

It seems to me that writing nicely worded messages from behind a screen is the answer to running an awful and unreliable business, it does not equate to good customer relations. But clearly makes someone a lot of money.

I should have read the reviews. Absolute scam. After much fighting I managed to get a 30% refund so it looks like I’ve been luckier than most.

No stars. Do not buy from this company. I wasted over £85. They shipped me 3 items which were not at all like the items i saw on their website so i paid to send them to the returns address on their packaging only to be told i would receive no refund at all as they had not been returned to their China address. Total scam. Avoid like the plague.

Obvious scam. The items are not as they are described with the website. Advertised as linen, however made out of polyester. The goods were returned to the address in China provided by so called “customer service”. The parcel was clearly tracked and delivered to the “door” in China. No refund issued. How is it even legal to be registered as a company and scam so many people?

As with other contributors, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I stupidly did not check the website reviews prior to ordering and received garments that did not meet the descriptor and did not fit. I attempted to return items and was quoted £80 for the return. I have been offered a 10% goodwill refund and will wait to see if I actually receive this.

Do not use this company, they mislead you on material, it's polyester NOT linen and they are in China not London. They do not have a returns policy and they lie to make a sale. What I read is the couple from London are sadly closing down so there is a big discount until stock is out. Not the case

Also ordered 3 t shirts sold as cotton, when arrived was 100% polyester, contacted them they advised to send them back but had to pay postage and import tax would cost me £32+ to get a refund of 30%. Although below the £100 I still contacted CC company see how they respond. PLEASE read Trustpilot before buying anything online.

Terrible quality t-shirts received and when returned via prescribed DDP Fedex model back to China the items got stuck at Shanghai import clearance with no clear way of getting past this. Company would not help with retrieving items or provide any assistance in how this is done either. AVOID!

Not worth even 1 star. The item I ordered stated it was linen when it finally arrived 3 weeks after ordering it turns out to be 100% polyester.
I have just had to send it back at a cost of £9.00 - cheapest available to China when the advert stated uk.

Total scam and misadvertising. Bought two 100% linen shirts, they took over a month to arrive and when I opened found they were made of polyester and stank of chemicals, and had cheap buttons etc. Super cheap crap and refused full refund. Said I had to send the items back to China which costs over £20. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.

Ordered a pair of wedge sandals that looked great in the photo had no confirmation email to say when they would arrive and it took almost 10 days before I got the sandals and they were squeezed into a tiny bag and when I looked at them they are cheap made in china bad quality and certainly not worth the money I paid for them tried to contact company for refund and that took a couple weeks for them to get back to me and they wanted me to return the item to china which would of cost more than I’d paid for them ! I complained to their customer service and they offered me a good will refund 30% ! Disgusting service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

First mistake...didn't read the reviews.
Ordered 5 linen shirts...arrived after three weeks. Total loss of £59.
I didn't even open the packages. Cheap material nothing like on the website and now I cannot get in touch with them to get a refund...which from reading the other reviews is impossible any way...lesson learned...
