I ordered a small and a large arrived…poor quality…make out it is a European shop and it comes from china….not happy..£30 wasted

Zero ⭐️’s The blouses I received were nothing like the ones on the website.
Cheap and nasty, not linen as advertised.

Absolutely shocking waited nearly a month for a pair of shoes which when they did arrive they were damaged.
Have emailed and sent photos but no response from them.
I will never order from this awful company again!!!!

I can only echo what the other eviewers have said: polyester arrived instead of the expected Linen. No invoice, returns label provided in the package, i returned unopened to the depot it came from H and W declined to refund me saying the item should be posted back to China! no! Was my answer. You can challenge them by contacting your bank and starting a refund claim. Keep all receipts and correspondences with the company as evidence will need to be submitted by paper. Luckily i had all this. Once i have informed the company that i will proceed, they have offered me refund. Not that it has been deposited yet. If i don’t see it i will proceed with my claim of course.

The fabric is clearly not linen. The sizing is terrible, the quality is poor. One star is too many!

I did get an email, but the order order does not show up on the website when I put it in. I thinkit's bogus! There was no delivery note, and nor is a returns option included in the package. Customer service is open 9 - 5, but consists of an email to initiate a return, but looking at reviews, I'm not hopeful. I'll start a Trades Description complaint if I hear nothing... They have put a lot of effort into the website so they look trustworthy and like a quality brand. This is the only place that effort into quality has been made.

Not even one star. Ordered 3 linen blouses that looked great on the advert.
3 nasty polyester items arrived. I didn’t even open the 3rd bag as I could see through the wrapping that it was the same cheap fabric with a made in China tag st the back. They are shamefully bad. You have to email to ask if you can return and to be given instructions. No response yet. I’m annoyed either way myself for being taken in by the advertising. Avoid at all costs !!!

Order placed no confirmation email, order arrived weeks later. Absolutely nothing like the linen set ordered instead recieved set with a shiny starch effect which is bigger that looks like pair of boxers shorts. Email sent nothing recieved back total s am AVOID AVOID

This company is completely fake. The items they sell are nothing like the pictures on their website, I assume they are using pictures from another company . The clothing is made from the cheapest nylon materials but advertised as linen . They have taken no responsibility for misleading the consumer and will not pay the return postage.

Can only echo the other reviews. Serious trade description violations- instead of linen my blouse was polyester. The design and sleeves not the same. Have been offered a 10% refund if I keep the item as a 'gesture of goodwill' or send it back via FedEx to an address in China. I think this outfit has stolen the name from a company registered at Mortimer St W1. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a linen shirt from Nancy London which I’m convinced is the same company under a different name.
It was appallingly badly made, cheap cotton, cheap buttons that didn’t match.
In the parcel was a note saying if I had a problem, please talk to them and don’t put it on social media - small family company etc etc
I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They said I could have an exchange. I said I didn’t want to exchange, I wanted my money back. I felt completely blocked, and defrauded. In the end I gave up.
These people just resurface under another name. I recognise the same shirts on the Haldane ads. Avoid.

Do not buy from Rova London, it is the same as Halden and Wolfe, total scam. The products are cheap and shipped from China. They will not allow you to return your products - it is theft!

I didn't even want to rate it as a one star, I purchased a linen top and I've seen more linen in a tea bag! Cheap, nasty nylon, and absolutely nothing like the picture displayed. I thought the website looked pretty legitimate but just shows you how easily fooled, and trusting I am. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t even want to give them one star. Absolute disgrace- close them down asap! Advertised as linen blouse and half price at £29. Arrived 4 weeks later, nylon, like something you’d pick up in cheap south East Asian market. Not worth £2 ! Let’s see about the 30 day money back guarantee! Absolute rubbish!

I ordered a beautiful flower patterned Linen Blouse as a present for my MIL it looked perfect . Was excited to receive it & messaged them to chase when didn’t turn up. I was told slight delay in posting but they would update me. It finally arrived BUT I was so disappointed to find instead of the beautiful colourful linen advertised it was made from cheap synthetic material with a printed pattern on it. So disappointed why would they be so deceitful. I would rate them Zero …

I ordered a linen shirt in a softly muted floral pattern, apparently made by a British clothing company that was closing down (there’s a lot of these on Facebook lately). What eventually arrived from China was a shiny polyester horror, so badly stitched it was just about hanging together, looking nothing like the on-site illustration and two sizes too big. It’s so appalling awful I feel almost sorry for it, and embarrassed even to give it to charity.

Ordered from this website over 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived as yet! Purely a scam. Will be reporting to trading standards!

I’m not even sure how they have got away with their closing down sob story.
No returns address and when you email as instructed for returns they do not reply .Shipping takes ages too .
Looks like they have another site identical Nova London .
Return policy states unopened packages can’t be returned well how are you supposed to look at what you ordered !

No stars. Took money for an order and never delivered the goods. Pure theft. Never answered enquiries, just took the money and ran.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Total scam.
Looked good quality in photo.took 10 days to arrive. The cheapest nasty material. Nothing like the photo st all.
Sent at least 6 emails asking how to return and get a refund of £40. They Kept sending the same email back that had nothing to do with a refund.
Eventually they said send it back to China at my cost. Or get 10% refund and keep the item. It will go straight in the bin.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM.
