DO NOT ORDER! Total scam, false advertisement. Really nice website and photos with enticing deals and then they send awful cheap items that look nothing like the items advertised. Tried to return to be told they would refund 10% as a good will gesture or I can return to China and I must cover the shipping costs! Total scammers

I thought this was a British company, from the advert, so unfortunately didn't check reviews first!! Omg I so wished I had not trusted their write up.
I ordered a ladies shirt /blouse described as linen for £29.99 when it eventually arrived nearly 3 weeks later, I didn't even need to take it out of the bag, as I could see it was certainly not linen, but some cheep thin polyester.
I have contacted the company and basically been told if I want a refund I need to send it back at my expense, to China! Or accept a 30% refund as a goodwill gesture.
I'm fuming, so if nothing else it's taught me to never trust on line buying ever again.

Terrible quality. Too expensive to return to China via FedEx (£49) Lloyds Bank says they can't help as the T&Cs say i have to return.
I looked up the company in UK Companies House and it's described as a real estate company

I have received a terrible polyester shirt that is not linen like advertised. The shirt is poor quality and doesn't look like the shirt on the website. I have emailed for a refund and I can get a reply. I have been missold this product.

This company are scammers and beware as I think they are trading under different company names on Facebook as the pages are all so very similar with the exact same terms etc just a different name, funnily enough a lot of them end in "London" to make you believe they are London based.
I spent £37 on a "linen" shorts set. It has never seen linen and I don't even know what it is as there are no labels on the item. The material is awful, the size of the shorts are ridiculous, the sewing is terrible and I wouldn't pay £1 for the set.
They told me I would have to return the item to China to get a refund duty paid using fedex, this could be upwards of £30 or they would give me £3.70 back as a refund.
There is a returns address on the packaging in London but he said if I sent it there I wouldn't get a refund. Reporting to Trading Standards because I think this is massive with all the other company names I think are run by the same scammers.

Hopeless company. Oredered item on 28th August and despite numerous emails telling them I was no longer in the uk they have sent me another email today (16th Sept) saying they can’t help as it’s been dispatched WHICH THEY HAD STATED ON PREVIOS EMAILS but No details of delivery as yet even though paid priority del charge. DO NOT USE THEM

Scam took money over 3 weeks ago no item no refund no reply from them.

These guys are horrendous. They sent the wrong product. It gives the impression it’s London based but actually the product is shipped from China. This they did not state. Anyway, it took almost a month to arrive then they sent the wrong product. They wanted me to pay for returning the product and wanted me to to use FedEx. Then they would think about refunding me. Given the shirt I bought was £30 and no guarantees of getting my money back I did not bother returning to them. Stay away from these con artists.

Do not order from this website it’s a complete scam. I ordered a linen shirt and the item that I recieved looked nothing like the photo and it was viscose material. It was a completely different design.

When I emailed them to ask for a refund. They said I needed to pay to return it. Total scam and a waste of £25 ! This company should be shut down as what they are doing is totally illegal!

I would give this zero stars if I could. AVOID them at all costs. The linen blouses are 100% nylon, cheap, terrible quality and they expect you to pay to return to china. Completely false advertising and they should be banned from social media. Be warned, you will be disappointed.

I ordered a linen shirt. When it arrived it was 95% polyester, 5% spandex. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to pay the cost of postage to china, preferably by Fedex.

This is a scam company. Item is absolutely not as described, utter rubbish, bad ink stains, not as described, material is polyester NOT linen and quality is very poor. I tried to return but you have to pay your shipping costs to China. Do not buy anything from them.

This website looks high quality and leads you to believe this is a London based company - it isn’t, I ordered 5 LINEN tops which arrived after 3 weeks and didn’t have a trace of cotton in them. Cheap manmade fabric, poorly made and sizing ridiculously small. So many hoops to jump through to get a refund I wouldn’t bother just put them in the bin. Their multiple buying options with additional discounts is enticing - lesson learned, if it looks too good to be true is probably is. This is the first time I have been duped in this way - never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The blouse was described and looked lovely on website apparently, a mother and daughters company, blouse arrived and it is cheap polyester and huge with a MADE IN CHINA label on it. UPDATE: sent 3 emails for refund and not one has been answered, so have now gone through my bank for refund. Please everyone push for your refund untill you get it as this is why these crap companies get away with ripping us off!!

They wouldn’t even have received one star from me but I had to add it to write a review. TOTAL SCAM don’t touch with a barge pole. I spend over £80 on a cheap cotton top which is supposed to be linen!! I wouldn’t even use the top I’ve received from them to clean my windows.

It is a straightforwardly fraudulent operation. They knowingly and deliberately supply products that bear no resemblance to what is on their website. In our case, we ordered a blue linen blouse and what was supplied was 100% polyester, a completely different shade of blue and with white stitching instead of blue. They insisted we pay for the cost of returning it to China, so instead we claimed the full cost of the transaction back through our bank's debit card chargeback process.
