This company is a joke from start to finish.

Firstly it looks like a UK company that sells high quality products. This is not the case, the package when it eventually arrived it was awful quality and it arrived from china. Then when I asked to return they said I had to pay for international returns and pay the duty for the imports.

SCAM ALERT! This is a fake UK site selling cheap fake items from China. They initiate a lengthy process of attempting to return items at a cost, then claim they have not received the item back (even though proof of delivery has been sent). They delay and will claim that the item has not been verified at the warehouse, and will not refund your money.

Very disappointed with this , I ordered a top on 10th August and still waiting for this to arrive , tried email twice with no response , tried tracking with no success quite happy to take your money but don’t deliver , I will not or recommend them to anyone , shame on you !!

Advertise garment as ,Linen. Its the cheapest polyester mix . Doesn't even fit. Its a shambles . Trying to get an address to return goods. Never again .They are fraudulent and clothes not fit for purpose. Was waiting from the 2nd August for this so called linen garment. Don't ever purchase from this site.

Absolute joke… I ordered what was suppose to be a linen short set. Omg it’s the cheapest material and the shorts are like basket ball shorts nothing like the picture.

Totally scammed… everything about website and pictures are very professional but the actual results are a knock off scam.

Sent message for a refund but can’t see that happening.

Disgusted by the quality of clothes that have arrived compared to the picture shown. What was advertised as Lennon is a cheap badly made rip-off.

Ordered shirt , dreadful fabric, doesn’t fit. Asked for refund not replying to my emails for refund. This is a con. Do I have to give a 1 star????

I should of checked reviews first, no idea how this ‘ company’ is still allowed to operate. The quality of their products is abysmal, I think no chance of refund- I have put straight in bin , not even good enough for charity shop. I’m just putting it down to experience.

TRADES DESCRIPTION FRAUD - This company is not based in London as the advert suggests, it is in China, The blouses I ordered were very clearly branded as linen, they have arrived as cheap polyester/viscose, look nasty, feel nasty, and I would never have considered ordering them otherwise. Now I have to try and get my money back but looking at other reviews I am not holding out much hope.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Cheap clothes. I emailed within 5 minutes to try to cancel my order in the first place and it took them a week to reply. They sent the order. I have sent SIX EMAILS trying to get returns information which isn’t on the website and I get chatbot like responses that don’t help so I’m stuck with it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered two 100% organic cotton shirts. Received 100% polyester shirts with no return label. AVOID.

Had to give a star to write a review but 0 stars is more accurate. Do not order from this company as items are not as advertised. Clothes are not linen but cheap nasty material and items are horrendously made. Only worthy of the bin.

Do NOT buy from these people! It finally arrived. Advertised as Linen at a knock down price because they were "closing down". OMG. It's polyester and spandex! Can you imagine? Complete tat! Worth about a buck two eighty! Do not buy from this guy.

Ordered what looked a really lovely blouse on 3rd August. It arrived on 13th August (unlucky for some) cheap blurred printed, viscose polyester piece of rag. Described on Halden & Wolfe website as cotton. Finally received a reply today from Nicola in customer service, I can return it to China via FedEx at my cost, will cost more to ship back than to buy the blouse. Or accept a 10% refund & I can keep the blouse 🤣🤣🤣🤣 no mention again on the website about returns, only to email about a return.
PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY 🙏 SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Trading standards will be hearing from me 😁

After waiting 25 days to recieve my shoes they arrived a size bigger than ordered.
They say you have a 30 day money back guarantee but to make it difficult they require you to send them back to China & pay all duties, yes that's even if the wrong item is sent.
I thought I was buying from a London company.
Communication is terrible, I sent a total of 11 emails after ordering from them.
Avoid

Scam site. Pretends to be a London brand but forces you to return items to China duty paid. I received items that were nothing like described, cheap quality and different designs to the images on website, the shoes the wrong size. I can't return it as it will cost more to post than the value of the items and don't trust them to refund. Amex are refusing to chargeback as well which is very disappointing, surprised they support payments for a misleading site like this. Avoid at all costs.
