I ordered a dress that was advertised as satin, but what I received was made of polyester. The delivery was delayed, and I wasn’t even informed about it. When I followed up by email to ask about my order, I only got a response several days later.

On their website, there is no clear information about the return address. Instead, you’re asked to email them to request a return. I have been sending emails every day for over a week, explaining that I want to return the dress because I feel scammed, but I haven’t received any reply.

Additionally, the website does not state anywhere that the products are shipped from China. Overall, this feels like a complete scam, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Your blouse which I received today is not worth £5 let alone being represented as LINEN and sold for £29.99.
It is disgusting as is your company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN>

Terrible scam do not touch with a barge pole.
Ordered and item that arrived three weeks later, completely not as described. Comes from China, terrible cheap quality, smelt weird and completely wrong sizing. No follow up on refunds, you just email into an abyss. Yet another reason not to touch any products being marketed on social media. Even though I checked for a website. Shame on them for ripping people off .

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolute scam. I bought what looked like a really well made linen shirt on the website, and today I received a shirt made out of synthetic (dressing-up box worthy) material, made in a completely different shape. Perfect if I wanted to dress as a clown. I’m not sure where they got the original photos on their website, but that’s definitely not the items they’re sending out.

This company is listed as being in real estate on companies House. Another example of fraudulent people using SM to hoodwink customers. I had same experience with Celtyn. I got my credit card company involved and they got me a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. Utter rubbish. I initially ordered two blouses by mistake, then cancelled one before checkout, but two were delivered. What a waste. Totally crap fabric.

I spent £150 ordering pretty linen trousers which took a long time to arrive and when they did they were of a horrible shocking quality. My emails to return are being ignored. Honestly. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam….. please please avoid . I had exactly the same experience ordering a linen / cotton mix eline blouse. When it arrived it was totally shocking and unrecognisable from the website picture and description. The material was like a cheap polyester flag material . After various emails I was told to return it to China by FedEx which would have cost me £25 !! No thank you . I will be sharing on social media and contacting Trading Standards 🤬

Everything about this company is misleading. I bought a supposedly linen shirt from their website. Thought it was UK based as it is called Halden & Holden London and it said item would be sent by Royal Mail. Item came from China 100%synthetic fabric, badly stitched and clearly not the shirt pictured on website . They will not refund as I refuse to pay for shipping back to China. Total scam

A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I ordered 3 of the Eline Blouses (2 white, one for myself and one for my Mum, and a red one for myself), how foolish was I. What is described as linen comes nothing close to this or the photos on their website. My total order came to almost £90. I have been in contact with them by email to send back to them and get a refund. Not one reply to my email. I have to whole heartedly agree with the other reviews on this item. Not fit to even wear around the house, absolutely awful.

Scam. Beware this is cheap Chinese rubbish. Purport to be London outfitter but in fact comes from china. 100% polyester. Absolute scam.

I should have checked the reviews. I, too, ordered the linen blouse. The unbelievably cheap polyester one that arrived wasn't even worth getting out of the packet.

They purport to be a UK - London - based company and therefore are subject to the Trades Description Legislation and are required to provide an immediate full refund.

I was asked to return to China at my own cost! The packet the blouse arrived in came from Hounslow.

I have been offered a 30% refund which - even if it arrived - is clearly not sufficient for the fraud.

Such a shame as other companies like the brilliant LINTICO have wonderful linen clothes of very high quality for reasonable prices and I can wholeheartedly recommed them. Not all companies from China are operating misrepresenting what they sell.

If there is no success from the company contact your credit card provider and get help from them.

This company does not even deserve 1 star . I ordered a pair of shoes through instagram. I only wore them 4 times and they broke ! I hadn’t even had them a month . Their communication is very slow and they refuse to exchange or refund so I will be reporting them to trading standards. Really do not recommend this company!

One star is way too generous for this ghastly article of puce polyester delivered moments ago. I’ve been well and truly conned. Advertised as Cotten / linen mix - This piece of tat is 100% synthetic with not a thread of natural fibre anywhere. I suspect it would self combust at the slightest friction . Absolutely no resemblance in shape, colour or fabric to the tasteful red linen blouse in the advert. There is no one I dislike enough to give this £30 eyesore to. If I was somehow forced to wear this poor excuse for a garment , inside out would be better but for the fact that it has what appear to be tyre marks on the inside! Far and away the biggest rip off I’ve ever fallen for.

This is a scam ..what I have received is a shiny polyester looking pink top labelled made in China ....Does anyone know how to get Hayden and Wolfe removed ?

Do not order anything from this company.
I ordered a pair of boots which were meant to be beige and suede and what turned up was a pair of blue boots which are made out of cardboard. They look absolutely nothing like the photo in the site. Further more they sent me a size 3 when I ordered a size 5.
I tried to return them but found out they are in China not London like they claim and they want me to pay for the return even though it is there mistake. Therefore the cost for return would be more than the boots.

They have offered me a 30% discount which I don’t want as the boots are not fit for purpose let alone 2 sizes too small.

They want to replace them with the right size but I have said no.

I have asked for a refund and for them to send me the return label .

Still no sign of this.

It looks like that they have opened up more online shops selling the same items under different names.

I should have read the reviews!!! I was scammed too!! the so called "linen" blouse was polyester nylon and took ages to arrive! I have asked for a refund but no reply.

Ordered this in good faith thinking it came from a UK company. It arrived 4 wks later and about 6 sizes too small. No response from emails regarding return, Ts &Cs clearly state full refund if returned within 30 days but since they are not responding it’s doubtful that’s going to happen!

This is a scam. I have received cheaply made blouses of unpleasant fabric that feels synthetic - not at all the linen blouses I was expecting when I paid online.
No reply from the email address on the website despite several emails. No phone number available to call.

Total scam. Ordered 2 items that eventually turned up from China. They were both supposed to be organic cotton. One is labelled as 95% polyester and 5% elastane (and is a polo shirt not a shirt like I ordered) and the other has no labels at all but does not feel or smell like cotton. I have requested a refund from them but am still awaiting any sort of response. I don't expect to get one so have started the process to reclaim the money through my bank.
