Thank you for the initial correspondence with the venue and getting the ball rolling!

I've been contacted by this company numerous times over the last year and every time I've told them that my business cannot afford their services. They cannot take no for an answer and have been incessantly calling me back and harassing me sometimes 3 times a week!

I'm writing this review after coming off yet another call in which the caller (Barney) lied and said they'd called last week and were told by someone else to call back and speak to me. This is impossible as our business number goes straight through to my mobile of which I am the only one with access and it is me that answers. Not only did they not call last week but why would I answer, pretend I wasn't myself, and then ask them to call back?

The aggressive cold calling has now ensured that I will NEVER be using their services when our financial situation improves. The correct way to approach new leads is ONE initial phone call and maybe two follow up emails. You do not repeatedly call potential prospects to the point of them getting so angry they have to write a bad review about you. DO BETTER!

Dealing with Mack at Headbox was fabulous! Venues that I have never heard off, great selection of options and prompt friendly response.

Marcelyn made this experience so enjoyable and so efficient and easy for us to do. Nothing was to hard or silly to help explain to us. The actual filming was also easy and straight forward. All of our requests were actioned very quickly from additions to changes. The finished product was amazing and the amount of collaterial we finished up with was more than expected which was a plesant surprise. Upfront fee for venues and poor quality leads. Didn't receive a single enquiry in 12 months. Feel like it might be useful at the low rent end of the market but definitely not for serious venues.

Grace was great to work with, always making herself available and supporting a variety of requests. Headbox really do have everything covered when it comes to event planning.

We've been working with Headbox since 2019, initially the software was intended to be a planning tool, and in 2020 became invaluable to sell off-site, we still use the models for couples wishing to tour remotely before visiting the venue. It's also been a fantastic tool to reduce the number of site visits to gauge space and layout, particularly for corporate clients and international couples. Wedding couples love how precise the models are and many use the measuring tool - an additional plus! The Headbox team are always so helpful, our recent experience with Lauren has been great, she's friendly and really responsive and helpful. We're looking forward to re-filming our models in 2023 to encompass recent changes and updates to the property.
