HeadBox was absolutely fantastic. From the induction to onboard training and ongoing help. Great concept and very effective for our Hospitality Business, Lily was spot on with all her help.

I work at an architecture company and have to propose some renovation ideas for a heritage listed building project. A friend told me about Headbox and showed me some of the 3D models on the platform, and I was blown away! I wish more buildings have one of these as it would save me a lot of time on site visits. Especially love the measurement tool and how accurate it is, what a fuss-free alternative to the old tape and pencil!h

My colleagues and I had to put together a conference and we expected upwards of 500 people to attend. Straightaway we had multiple hiccups. 1. Didn't know of a venue with a big enough capacity to fit so many people, not including the huge cameras and lighting set up we wanted to bring in. 2. We wanted a theatre seating so ideally we'd like a big open space with no pillars and elevated stage. Not only did we find a venue that tick both boxes through Headbox, we also found one with a huge built-in projector and AV equipment all set up so we didn't need to stress about finding suppliers. Thank you Headbox for making our jobs so much easier!

The Headbox platform has really streamlined the sales process to make it much less admin-heavy and much more of a breeze. The brief builder collects all the info you need, something that normally takes multiple calls and follow ups to get out of the booker. Having the listings live on the platform mean no more long, generic emails with multiple photos and function packages attached, it literally takes 30 seconds to send out a more conversational response that focuses on my venue's unique selling points and hope for a match! Would highly recommend working with Headbox.

I helped organise a bridal shower for a friend in Melbourne when I was stuck abroad due to covid border restrictions. The 3D models on Headbox makes this possible. The virtual tours help tremendously in finding the perfect venue, and when I needed to measure out spaces to set up the photo booths and the floral arch arrangement. Even my friends who are in Melbourne didn't need to take time off work to go on a site visit because the 3D models are more than sufficient in giving us a feel for the venue.

I submitted an enquiry for a friend's birthday party and got 6 responses from different venues who are excited to host the event! Love that Headbox is the complete opposite of other marketplaces. It saves me having to reach out to multiple venues only to be ghosted AND saves me a lot of back and forth with venues who turn out to be unavailable or where the minimum spend is too high.

I thought I knew my way around the city until I started using Headbox. It makes organising friend's birthday parties that much more fun because I keep getting responses from funky venues I haven't heard of before. 100% recommend Headbox as a one-stop shop for venue finding. Will be back for the Halloween and Christmas season!

BMA House have had our personal HeadBox 3D model for more than four years now and feel it really adds benefit to our HeadBox profile.

Not only does this sit on our listing, but we also use the virtual tour on our website, which provides our clients with a unique way to virtually move around our venue and explore the different set ups. both inside and out.

Our venue is fairly large, with the majority of rooms having the capability of 5/6 different set ups, so this 3D tour really helps showcase the different layouts in each room, plus it helps build a better picture of how our rooms can be accessed which is particularly important with the larger events that are spread out across a number of floors.

Overall, I can highly recommend this 3D model to others considering having one.

We used HeadBox for one of our mid year company offsites. Despite reaching out last minute, and having a very specific brief, HeadBox and the their awesome account management and event manageme team were able to find somewhere available for 50 people, under budget and a stones throw from our offices. We'd never even come across it!

One of the most useful features is their 3D venue photography which allows you to tour the venue without having to take a day off to do site visits!

Will be back for the Summer and Christmas parties 🥳

The royal exchange was a fantastic venue. Great acoustics, with smaller rooms where we could breakout into smaller groups.
The venue manager Alistair was very helpful & always on hand to assist with any request.
We did a sound & equipment check the day before the event which helped with everything running smoothly on the day.
There's even little bar for your post event celebrations.
Overall, I highly recommend the royal exchange, they were leagues ahead of another big venue company we went with previously; particularly on customer service.
