I ordered the puzzle table also and it never came. They gave me a tracking number that corresponded to a mini puzzle that I received. Then they stopped communicating with me. Does anybody out there know how I can get my money back. They did offer to give me a $7 refund for a $29 charge.

Sent away for the jigsaw table. Heard nothing and contacted them to be told it had been delivered back in June. 3 people in the house on furlough and table didn’t arrive. Was told it was delivered and that it wasn’t their problem and to go to the Post office and enquire from them as to where it was. Nasty response from them. Total disgrace.

Ordered a sewing desk and received NOTHING! Talked to the post office and says it was a 2 ounce item. Do not buy anything from them!

Like so many said before total con artists paid for puzzle table never got it, the company has no morals dont buy anything from them crap company should be banned from selling.

I want to give NO STARS but the system wont allow. June 29, 2021 I ordered a Storage Cabinet that has 3 sections and opens up to 9 ft wide, then doors fold in to 3 ft wide. Also ordered a chair for it. As of August 27, 2021 nothing received yet. I sent email asking for ETA on delivery. No real response. I used Paypal so will give them another month before I push back again.

Hiwill complete con artists. Like so many others ordered a jigsaw table but it never arrived. This crowd of scammers need to be stopped how many other people have lost money this way I just cannot tell you how angry I am

I ordered a "factory clearance " hot tub in May and received a bath toy. They will not reply to my emails. Thinking of sending in the Bailiffs. Possible Court action in February 2022.

This is SCAM.
They are trying to steal as much money as possible.
DON’T BUY anything from them.

You CAN reclaim your full money via your bank.
Just ask for a CHARGEBACK.
But you would need to forward your back emails from them to you , ask your to them and show the original receipt as well as photo of the item they sent you instead.
I included also link to all the reviews on Trustpilot and link to their website so that the bank can see the scam with their own eyes. Good luck!

I ordered a foldable puzzle storage in May, received a very small mini puzzle . Paid by PayPal gbp27.98.
Contacted their customer service on two occasions, received the same bog standard apology offering £4 refund. This appears to be a scam by the number of similar complaints. I will pursue this via Amazon & PayPal.
Cannot understand why both companies are still dealing with this shower of criminals.

This appears to be a scam website which I have now reported to Action Fraud.

I too have ordered a jigsaw puzzle table and a hot tub but have received nothing , this should be stopped , where can I report them to ?

Ordered a puzzle table and received a miniature puzzle, Not a good advert for Amazon

I too paid $25.00 for a puzzle table and received a small tube of a miniature puzzle instead. There is no phone number to call. They are literally stealing peoples money.

Like everyone else, ordered jigsaw puzzle table, and received my miniature puzzle today!! Returning is ridiculous, because you have to email them to request to return, but can only return if something is wrong with "product," and it has to be returned within three days of receiving package. If nothing is wrong with the "product," you can return it at your cost....

When I emailed I was told to contact the post office! I’ve asked for a refund and received nothing!
Total scam! There should be somewhere we could report them!

Where is my order ????? If not received this week I will contact Better Business Bureau. And file criminal charges if necessary. Im very serious.
