I had the same problem as others ordered a puzzle table and received a small tube containing a 150 piece puzzle worth £1.
They have replied to my mails but ignore the fact that I haven't received the item ordered and offered £8 refund.

Beware. Total scam.
wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered the foldable puzzle table. Like everyone else I received a mini puzzle inside a test tube nothing like what the company advertised.
Since my review I have had my monies repaid via pay pal. I also contacted the people that sent me the puzzle. They offered to pay me £5 in compensation. The other company offered me £8. That's a clear profit of over 20 pounds if customers choose this option. Both companies are party to the same scam. Beware.

It is a fraud.
They send you a shipping tracking document where the photo of what you have bought appears.
You buy a puzzle table and they send you a mini puzzle.
They send it late and do not answer the claims.
I have informed PayPal by providing photos of what was purchased and what was received. and I am going to report to the Police of Spain.

I ordered a folding jigsaw puzzle table for £19.99 + £7.99 postage. 2 weeks later I received a silly mini jigsaw puzzle in a glass test tube. They haven’t responded to my email. I am raging! This is a scam! Do not deal with this company. I am contacting PayPal and the authorities.

I ordered a foldable jigsaw table costing over £25.00 and received a useless mini jigsaw puzzle, I have emailed hiwill but no response, seems as though I have been conned
I have raised a dispute on PayPal, hiwill responded with refund off er of £7.00, I refused and have left it with PayPal to continue investigating.
PayPal have refunded me full amount paid and closed dispute.
