As many entries all ready registered I also ordered JigSaw Table and got a mini 150 piece jigsaw.In continued e.mail contact but won't budge from £6.00 refund

This is a scam, I have managed to get them to reply to email but all they do is say it's nothing to do with them

I ordered a puzzle table priced 18.99 and received a stupid mini puzzle selling at 3.95. So far they have refused to send my table or refund my money and are not responding to e mails. A complete rip off dont go anywhere near this gang of con men

I wish I had read these comments prior to ordering. I ordered the jigsaw table as a gift and have not received anything.

I have emailed several times and called but no response. Please do not use this company.

I have ordered a jigsaw puzzle table and have only received a stupid mini jigsaw puzzle. I paid £28 or thereabouts. These people are scammers. Don’t buy anything from them EVER! I hope trust pilot maybe able to get my money back. Disgusting! They advertise the table, show you how it folds up, drawers on either side to separate puzzle pieces, also shows you how it tilts to enable you to sit more comfortably and how it folds up. I am absolutely disgusted that these people are allowed to advertise on Facebook. I also only ordered it because the company was named Hiwill.co.uk as I don’t buy from CHINA so they are misleading people that it’s a British company. They need stringing up.

We have also fallen for this scam, ordered two tables and received two scanky puzzles. E-mail to them elicited a derisory offer of $5 to save us the expense of returning puzzles!

Same as everyone else, paid &27.98 for a jigsaw table and got a cheap horrible mini jigsaw.
Advert was on a Racing Game my husband plays. The website looked very professional but alarm bells started when no confirmation email came through after the purchase from Hiwill UK.

I like others ordered 4 x puzzle tables, (2 in error) and received 4 x mini puzzles in tubes. Someone must be able to stop this seller. So many being ripped off. So upset, one of these was for my 60th birthday and one for a friends birthday.

I was contemplating purchasing the puzzle table. I am so glad that I checked out their site and got the scoop on the scam. Thanks to all who wrote in. Places like this should be shut down and owners arresting.

Scammers, like others I received a stupid little jigsaw worth pennies, after ordering a jigsaw table costing £25+.

Same as the rest , received poxy jigsaw. Paypal originally offered £8 refund which I turned down but have now offered full refund.
What is gutting is they are still advertising these tables on their own website!

They are scammers and need to be reported. Ordered folding jigsaw table at £25.98 and they sent a mini jigsaw in a small plastic tube worth about 50p. Chinese scum should be prosecuted. Fortunately I paid by PayPal.

I ordered this from Facebook why does Facebook not check these people out. It's disgusting I would never buy anything from Facebook so that will mess up genuine sellers if there is such a thing.

Should be able to give minus points to a company that is a complete con. Ordered the foldable puzzle table and got a mini puzzle. Have emailed several times and only been offered £4.
I had also contacted Xborderecommerce through the order email link and managed to get a full refund.
I had notified credit card company and initiated a dispute, which I have now cancelled.

I am yet another person who ordered a puzzle table and received a child's 150 piece jigsaw puzzle. I have sent an email to their "returns" email address but don't hold out any hope of getting a response. I didn't see the trustpilot reviews before I ordered, I wish I had.
