Ordered 2 folding puzzle tables at £19.99 each and received 2 x 150 piece puzzles which look like they came from the pound shop.

This is a blatant scam.

I have requested a refund from PayPal who I hope are looking at a pattern here.

Be very careful when ordering from these people, I also ordered a jig saw table and received a mini puzzle in a tube, only good for a stocking filler. Have raised a complaint through PayPal, I'm hoping something will come of it...Disgraceful, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Same as other people got a jigsaw puzzle after taking my money they should be shot wish I could report them no chance of a refund

Needs a 0 stars! It would appear that like so many others, I ordered a puzzle table from Hiwill, and received a mini-jigsaw puzzle in a glass tub. I have emailed the company but don't honestly expect a reply of any kind. Scammed!

I ordered two jigsaw puzzle tables from an advert I saw on Scrabble GO. I have received two mini jigsaw puzzles. Not sure how to proceed.

I also ordered a table and received a mini puzzle. Why are they allowed to advertise. Isn’t there some legislation that prevents bogus companies from advertising

Same as everyone else it seems. Ordered 2 puzzle tables received nothing. Sent email that fails to send.
Contacted PayPal so hope they can resolve.
How are these scammers allowed to even operate I have no idea.
I'm sure I checked reviews somewhere and sure I saw 4.5 on Google or such like but now I can find that.
I will ammend if I have any joy on PayPal and will take it down if I do eventually receive my items.

Ordered the Jigsaw Puzzle Table and received a mini jigsaw, probably worth no more than a £1. This is a scam, have applied to PayPal to obtain a refund but don’t hold out much hope. I wished that I had checked Trustpilot before ordering, there are many complaints about these scammers. Resolved not to take any notice of Facebook adverts, second time we have been stung with scammers advertising on Facebook.

This is a FRAUD.
HiWill.co.uk is enabled by platforms such as Duolingo to prey on their client base and as people trust Duolingo-they trust who they allow to advertise....

Where can we report this ? Can police take action ? Fraud Action team?

Ordered the puzzle table for my elderly parents, received the mini puzzle. Did look for reviews b4 ordering but none popped up. Wish I'd seen all these before I ordered. Have opened PayPal dispute but not optimistic sadly. How can they claim to be Co. UK website but then once you pay your money is going to China. So wrong.

Unable to put in a minus review as giving them one star is one too many. Seems the puzzle table scam has claimed a number of people, received the mini puzzle in the tube today instead of the promised table. Have already started the process to get money back from PayPal and will be reporting the company to trading standards as this is an obvious fraud. No answer from company. Please please please avoid this company!

STOP THINK TWICE!!!!I received the mini puzzle this morning, not what I ordered, was expecting a puzzle table. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I have e-mailed company but after reading the reviews I'm not holding out much hope so I'll go to PayPal

Another who ordered the puzzle table and received a mini puzzle today. I have now contacted my bank. I have e-mailed the company twice, and also tried phoning them. The automated reply clearly indicates that they are not a UK company.
Updating to add - initially offered £4 refund and told to return the jigsaw at my expense. This then 'improved' to £6 refund and no requirement to return the puzzle. I have informed them that the only acceptable resolution is a full refund and for them to pay for return of the puzzle if they want it back. I see no reason why I should be out of pocket returning something I never ordered in the first place. Will be speaking to my bank about chargeback.
When my order was confirmed I received an e-mail from a company called xborderecommerce with a form to complete in the evento of any problems. When I had no success with hiwill I completed this, not really expecting to hear anything. A few days ago I received an e-mail saying a refund would appear in my account within 5 to 6 working days - and it has. Result for me, and good to see there are honest people out there.

Should be able to give minus points to a company that is a complete con. Ordered the foldable puzzle table and got a mini puzzle. Have emailed several times and only been offered £4. Going to see if credit card company and Trading Standards can do anything.

Same again! Received a miniature jigsaw in a test tube!!! They have sent me a new tracking number to follow but not going on it. Last time I order on line except from known companies.

I paid for a item and got sent a tiny jigsaw.
I've contacted them numerous times a I get an email back every time offering me a refund of £4.
Now resigned to the knowledge that I have been scammed!
Stay away!!

Like everyone else I ordered a puzzle table and recieved a poxy tiny puzzle,I have opened a dispute with paypal,hiwill did respond to an email,but the delivery info was the same as already sent.🤬
