I ordered a puzzle table and I have not received it only a little puzzle how can I get in touch with them

Like many I ordered a puzzle table. The £25.98 was taken from my bank account in May but I have only received a mini puzzle. HiWill do respond quite quickly to my emails but only to say sorry and will I accept a refund of between £4-6. Obviously I am not accepting that. I don't use PayPal so may have a bigger challenge. Such a scam.

I ordered a craft cabinet that when you open it, it has a table. I have yet to receive it, and they charged me for 2 of them. What am I supposed to do now????? Please help, I need a number for them. But how can you get back to me.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle table in May and told it would be delivered on 01/06/2021 but it did not arrive. Been in touch with Hiwill and they gave all sorts of excuses about the delivery they tried to blame Hermes courier for none delivery. Am still waiting for either another table or full refund.

Did want to give them any stars. Like other reviews I mordered a jigsaw puzzle table cost £26.98 including delivery and received a 150 tiny piece jigsaw. There were 3 email addresses associated with the order. Was offered compensation of £4 then £6 from hilwill.co.uk and $5 from bookbpiperdc. Order was paid via PayPal and it was paid to Jimo District Fendou Food Store. Contacted PayPal who contacted Jimo and they offered £9 compensation. Left it with PayPal and heard tonight from them that I will be getting a full refund. Thank you PayPal.

Charged for 2 jigsaw tables at £24.98 each and received 2 tiny jigsaws in tubes. YUK

These people sent me 3 small plastic make-up bags for 87.49$ . Would have been less of an insult to not receive anything. Absolutely no response from them when trying to get in contact . There has to be means to stop these criminals in their tracks and I will not rest till I do . Consumer BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Now , 6 weeks later , they re laughing in my face by offering a 4$ refund for postage to return their plastic bags.

Like others I received a cheap jigsaw in a tube instead of a jigsaw table. Luckily I had paid by PayPal and have today received a full refund of £27.98. (They first offered £9 which I declined and after further investigations from PayPal refunded in full) Don’t give up. I sent PayPal photos of what I ordered and that which I received. This company Hiwill are fraudulent. Hope they get their comeuppance.

My mum paid for a puzzle table but received a cheap little puzzle in a tube instead. I am trying to get her money back via PayPal. She is very upset because this was a gift for my sister.
I hope everyone who experienced similar disappointments get a refund in full.

Do not touch this company. PayPal say goods ordered were delivered! Wrong! 150 piece mini jigsaw puzzle delivered instead of folding puzzle board. Will still fight to get my money back from an absolutely diabolical company like hiwill. Disappointed in PayPal as they have had several clients with the same issue and brushed it under the carpet

Scam company. ordered puzzle table and two blouses. Received the obligatory tiny puzzle and three doily like lace things about 5 or 6 inch diameter. They offered £4 and keep the goods. WHAT??!!! Paypal have opened up dialogue with them and have had offer of £18 refund, have said no want full refund £56.33.
Heard today from Paypal that they are refunding me in full. Eventually able to send Paypal photos of what I ordered and what I received which helped and also pointed out other scam reviews

This is a scam, they sent a miniature jigsaw but no table came.i have been trying to get in touch with them but can't get any money back.

I ordered one of the bug open storage cabinet with table the beginning of the year and still have not received it! Thought it was too good to be true. Such a let down. I wouldnt buy from this company again.

I also ordered puzzle table and received mini jigsaw. Emailed and eventually have received money back but it did take the exchange of a few emails. I just stuck to my guns said I’d ordered the puzzle table and was expecting that to be delivered or full refund. Took a few weeks but that is what I got eventually.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company are very very bad people. DO NOT order from this company. I got sent a tiny jigsaw puzzle instead of a table. I’ve contacted them and they’ve offered me a 5 pound refund as compensation. They told me it’s not worth sending the puzzle back. I’ve sent many emails and they said their final offer is 6 pound compensation. I told these people many times I do not want to pay 20 pound for a tiny puzzle that I didn’t order. It’s an absolute scam. Disgusting people !!!!!

Same same as everyone else with ordering the jigsaw table and receiving test tube jigsaws instead…. but I emailed them via the link on my order confirmation and they got back to me straight away and said they would send a refund and they have!! Money back in my account. Don’t give up people, get your money back.

This ‘company’ is now also advertising the same product even cheaper now and also trading under two more names - Neweternity and Bestthing. Steer well clear. I paid £25.98 in May for one of these tables and should have known better when other companies were offering the same product at over £150. After emailing them I was told to contact the post office and after calling their bluff on that one was offered £4 in compensation. Trust Pilot, you need a minus rating as well as a positive response facility.

Same as everyone else I ordered a folding jigsaw table and received a tiny little 150 piece jigsaw in a test tube. Have emailed them but with no hope of a satisfactory outcome. Now trying Paypal as item is significantly different than described. Thoroughly disappointed. So glad I checked the tracking or I would still be waiting. I thought the minijigsaw was a marketing ploy. Didn't realise it was in place of the table. Absoloute scammers. Please don't waste your money on these people.
