Fast delivery, good packaging with a fragile sticker on the box. Really good price compared to other stores.

My kids got me a gift voucher for my birthday in May. I've tried numerous times to use it but keep getting told it is invalid. I've rung 3 times to find out what the problem is, and was told IT would look into it and get back to me. The last time I rang I was told they would have to get back to my son as he ordered it. The response was, the voucher is good and all the funds still there, I must be entering the number incorrectly. Not very helpful. Not sure what else I can do to resolve this. It is worth $200!!!

The process was so easy. Making my purchase online was quick & simple. My machine arrived within the week.

I ordered a sewing machine 10 days ago, and it's still not being dispatched. They mention that it will take probably another 2 weeks after dispatch. So we don't even know when we're gonna receive the order. So, if you don't want to wait for an unknown period of time, I'd suggest not to use their online order system, because it's extremely slow. You might go to the store instead, although I can't vouch for the customer service there either.

My daughter is over the moon with her Janome Juno DC 1030 Computerised sewing machine. She’s a novice sewer and we reached out to experienced sewers in the family who suggested a number of useful and helpful advice including their recommendation of purchasing her first machine from Hobbysew and I certainly glad I did. Navigating the website by brand name and budget was really helpful. We knew what we wanted as soon as we saw the machine and checked with family who were really surprised at the bargain price. We jumped at purchasing it as prices elsewhere were not even in comparable range. Found it cheapest at Hobbysee. Checkout was really easy - this part is really important to me. And it was delivered within just a couple days of ordering which was great because my daughter could take it with her after spending a short time with us on her Uni break and it allowed a 1:1 start up tutorial session with my partner who couldn’t believe what a great machine for a first machine it actually was being an experienced seamstress for over 30+ years. She was especially impressed with its no foot, slide a button to sew feature but that it also had a reverse option that was very easy to sew especially for a beginner to use. Miharo (AWESOME) Hobbysew. You have won us over. What made this experience extra exciting was the quality shears and pack of 50 bobbins as bonus extras for free. Usually free items feel like crap companies just want to get rid of. I thought I would be throwing them out and purchasing better quality products. Thank you for this great shopping experience. Easy to order online and order was shipped in a couple of days.

I have ordered a item two weeks before but I haven’t got the item yet. I contacted over the phone and didn’t get a solution. Even I was not told when I can get it. Very unfortunate and frustrating.

Great price on the Singer Promise ordered online though yet to see how you'll do with the dispatch, thanks for the great value especially with cost of living atm, really helps!! Grant.C

Saw some negative reviews so was a little hesitant. Ordered a cross stitch kit that was discontinued and surprisingly it said it was in stock and I have received the item! Soo happy!
Only negative was it took over a week to be posted out and didn’t receive any postage tracking until I enquired about the progress of the order. But I got the item and that’s all that matters. Will continue to use the site and update if I get any issues.

Love the sewing cabinet and the complimentary gift. From start to finish the service was first class. Even the carrier COPE provided efficient and fast delivery with care. Highly recommend.
